It would be Great if other drivers would be courteous and learn how to use Dual lanes. Parents: teach your young drivers this... PLEASE. My mom in her 70' was driving. She is a very good contentious driver & quick as a whip. Don't be a snotty little punk. When people are polite to me, I will sometimes pay for the car behind me. Its kinder to give away a 5 buck drink than give them a 1 finger unicorn salute.

This is a drive through place so not really any atmosphere. Coffee is good. This place beats Starbucks by miles and miles. I've always seen lines around the block and now I know why! Liquid crack!!!

I've been to this Dutch Bros. 4 times and it is by far the worst one I've ever been to, in fact it might be the worst drive thru I've EVER been through. I understand busy and i understand places are underataffed, but at this location it's as if no one cares. You see people coming in and out of the of the building but never to break a line. People pull up and knock on the door an chat with employees while there are people waiting in line 20 plus minutes. Now on my last to visit my times in line where 26 and 31 minutes.... for coffee. That is absurd. And when you get to the window all the employees are smug. I've been to other location and I understand that small talk is part of their job. And for the most part at the other locations they are kind keep it short and apologetic if they kept you waiting. Not at the Kingsburg location. The place stinks and is a bad representation of this company. If there were negative stars I would gave thwm a -5. I hope someone that is responsible for this location reads this and does somethng. This location is a stain on and otherwise wonderful company. I will never gor to this location again. Absolutely dreadful.

I ordered a midnight rebel and they forgot the midnight, so it ended up being a plain rebel. they also forgot the soft top on my friends drink, they were having an off day I guess (picture of what it should look like and what I got today)

I will keep going back to the kingsburg duch bros! I have no idea how to order so I asked the employee for help, I told her what I usually get and she ordered me something amazing! And when I pulled up to get it, another employee was so nice and we had a whole conversation while my drink was being finished. I saw people sitting outside at a patio, but im not sure if there's indoor seating or call up orders. The place was small and tidy, everyone was so nice, and my drink was great!! (I didn't catch the name, so im gonna go back to get it again) but the teller told me another good drink was the caramel eagle? Carmalizer? Something like those...anyway...GO TO KINGSBURG DUCHBROS! ❤️

I ordered a large nitro infused cold brew. The picture didn't include ice. My cup came with ice, so I asked for no ice. Yeah. Still had shards in it after removal.

Line was also very slow, but I think the car in front of me must have been a regular because they talked for ages even after ordering.

Slow, bad value and just "meh" coffee.

Kirsy (i hope i spelled that right) is the best! My family and I are vegan and they went out of their way to detail not just the basic vegan ingredients but also the more intricate ones like the sugar which is commonly processed through bone char. Well Kirsy went above and beyond and deserves every shoutout possible. Great customer service. Someone who truly cares about food service which as a chef myself i truly appreciate. Thank you kingsburg dutchbros and Kirsy for being so amazing.

If the owner replies to these, then why should any of us have to say the same thing all over again to another outlet/email/person, so they can then tell management?? If the owner can't do that, why would they even be replying in the first place? They just going to ignore the fact that a lot of us had complaints and go about their day if none of us email said "team"? I may not own a business or franchise but this sounds all wrong in every way. Fyi: we leave the review and you take it from there "owner" period! It's not our job to do yours, shame on you for asking (not me) some here to do so! Rant done 👍

I've never been to a Dutch where they move THIS slowly! Like they're not even trying, I'm working and it's obvious in my vest so they could have actually made mine in the order it was taken but they put the drive thru ahead of me and I literally had to hover to get them to start it after 10 mins !!

Not coming back here again. Got in line the took the order of the car in front of me went inside did not come back out to take anymore orders. Then got a line behind me. Waited over 20 minutes just to order, worst service ever too slow. Took over 5 minutes with cars that had already ordered.
