Devout Coffee

No nonsense roastery and cafe. Baristas are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They only suffer from being a popular small shop. Wait times on mornings and weekends can be longer than 15mins when 4+ orders are in. But good things come to those who wait!

Such a cool, authentic spot. Coffe made professionaly with passion and love. They are a perfect example why people should support locally owned coffeeshops. Please keep it up!
Oh and you gotta love the double ristretto based drinks!

The Macchiato served here is the traditional type 3Oz Macchiato which is how its supposed to be and its excellent. Happy to find a place that does serve this type of coffee.

However, I only rated 4 instead of 5 is because of the breakfast croissant I had. It was Cold, sticky and I kind of lost my appetite because of that. Also there was no ,means to even warm it up. Its a shame because it would have been better when warm,.

I DO NOT Recommend the Rolls/croissants.
BUT I DO LOVE the Coffee

I've been coming here for 10 years and the coffee is still first class. The atmosphere has changed like most places post pandemic but I like it still and they have a big patio now. I hope they can last another 10 years there are significant part of my life.

Coffee is okay. Cups are small and a little pricey. The bacon/maple cronut was good but a little stale. Came here on a Sunday afternoon.

Friendly staff, awesome coffee and Latte! You can immerse in the coffee aroma since they roast their own beans! Perfectly balanced latte blend. Taste the freshness!

Really good coffee and croissants… Pastries are fresh and tasty, will be better if they can warm it a bit or place it in warmer… get a coffee and have a nice walk along the niles street to enjoy the antique shops..😊

Went here for coffee and ordered the macchiato. It was just perfect and perfectly presented. The interiors were good as well. Will come back for more.

Devout coffe, fancy specialty coffee shop. If you are a fan of strong dark roast beans, this might not be your cup of coffee(tea). I like the personal service.

Their coffee is always fantastic. I had the Decaf Americano with a splash of heavy cream and it was just perfect. No hint of bitterness and no need for simple syrup. I also had a cronut, the Maple Bacon one specifically, and it was wonderful. I got it in the afternoon, and it wasn't stale or dried out. I normally get the sticky bun, but I think the cronut is even better than the sticky bun.

The only thing is there's not a lot of comfy seating inside. They have a small indoor space so they have some bar stools facing the street and a few communal tables. It was a particularly cold winter afternoon, so I didn't really want to sit outside. I'll be back though next time I drive in to work. Their coffee and pastries are great!
