Devout Coffee

It was a nice place to chill out and have coffee and pastries. But, the flies in the outside area are a problem. I couldn't enjoy my coffee or food without flies landing on me and food. I had to go sit in my car to eat

One of the best cappuccinos I had in the bay! Moreover, their goat cheese pretzel is a thing to crave for. Highly recommended to check this place out!

The staff at the cash counter was very rude. I ordered 2 coffees and I happened to have a coupon that I wanted to check if it worked. It might have took me around 30 seconds to pull up and there was no one behind us waiting in the line. But the person at the cash counter was so rude and impatient that they reduced the total amount to half the original price as if I was looking for excuses to not pay for the the second coffee. And all this happened just within 30 sec. Then I found out that the coupon was not valid for this particular order so I was willing to pay the full amount. After I paid, they acted very rude and closed the screen even before me selecting any tip. They might have thought if I am requesting for a discount then maybe I am not interested in offering any tip. This behavior was very judgmental and not at all welcoming. It ruined the coffee experience for me. Now, I don’t think so this coffee place would ever be my go-to shop ever.

Absolutely great find. Situated in an area of Fremont near Niles canoyn. It's a taste of small town America very near silicon valley. Devout is a specialty coffee shop that focuses on the basics. Providing Poor over service (handbrew) using a unique glass v60 & traditional fair using espresso. They also provide local pastries and baked goods. Be aware; depending on demand these might go quickly. Good atmosphere, very family friendly, with a decent amount of bench, stool, and comfy seating. Best of all, ample power if you need a re-charge.

The place is good and has decent coffee. I'll give 5*s for the ambiance.

Been before and it's been decent, but today 45 minute wait, and then unfortunately all 3 coffees were really bad. Not well balanced, incredibly bitter (possibly burnt)
