I like to come here and try a new drink every visit. They have alot of different mixtures to choose from and my kids really enjoy the Double Rainbow tea. So far, every employee that I have spoken to when ordering has been very friendly and upbeat.

I always use the walk up window and they take my order with in a few minutes or as soon as they see me if they aren't slammed. The "broistas" are super friendly but some days they take longer than others for the same drinks and less people waiting.

I always enjoy Dutch Bros over the mermaid coffee, but I had an odd experience at this one. We were waiting in line (being next) and the gentleman was hanging out the window talking to the customer. The issue was he was more flirting with thre two teenage girls in the car, for 5 minutes after handing them their drinks. We enjoy the interaction at Dutch Bros, but this was a little excessive. When we mentioned it to the gal at the window, and we were told, he had a great connection with the customer. I get it, and that's one of the things that we enjoy about Dutch Bros, but flirting with a long line of customers, crosses the line if customer service.

We were very happy with our drinks. It was a bit expensive, but the location (right off the freeway to/from Las Vegas) and the times (what’s inflation at right now? 9.1%?), it’s understandable. Also, it’s still cheaper than Foster’s Freeze. Their employees were well trained and very friendly. We spoke for a moment with a “brorista” (har har) in the drive-thru who was a senior in high school, so it’s nice to see a place employing students and giving them the opportunity to gain work experience.

Pretty great place. Been waiting for one to pop in Barstow. Considering Fort Irwin is 45 minutes to the nearest anything, it's worth it.

Some of the hostess are rude and are not familiar with the menu of the location , have gone twice and they can not recommend any coffee drinks that taste like coffee instead of chocolate milk. First time we went we got 3 different drinks however they all tasted like chocolate milkshakes no coffee including the 911 we got ... idk maybe I'll give another go once everyone is properly trained in drinks and how to make them .

New business in town so I had to try it. The line was extremely long but they had a girl take orders at your car while in line. Service was great, prices are a little high, as with everywhere else.
