Laverna's Coffee Shop

Laverne's is like going to Grandmas house. When we walk in everyone greets us by name. They bring our drinks right away, we don't even have to tell them. Then the food is always cooked just like we like it. Always served hot and is delicious!!! We would definitely recommend going in for breakfast. We will go back as long as Laverna's is there.

Great family restaurant and really good prices

This place has the best biscuits and gravy Denver omelet mushroom swiss omelette and green chili omelette. It is a Hidden Gem in Tucson busy as busy gets on Sunday morning but the staff is very good and they take care of the customers very well. Very fast service

Busy Sunday after church but great service and wonderful food

One of my go to places. Have been there several times. Had sausage & eggs sunnyside up with fruit & sourdough toast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and sausage was delicious
Also shared a mango pancake with hubby. Love those pancakes with the caramelized top.

Great breakfast! I had the steak and eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hashbrowns were fluffy and delicious and the gravy was hearty. My only suggestion is to impliment a smaller, thicker cut of steak so that your cooks can achieve the correct temperature, because that steak was just to thin. If you do this I would pay $21.50. The biscuits were a little dense had more of a dumpling consistency and actually if those were dumplings instead of biscuit that would have been mind blowing. Thank you.

Laverna's is a down home diner. Food was very good. The employees are great. However I think that they need to work on keeping the tables and floor cleaner.

Great, no frills diner. Low key and hidden in a industrial area. This dinner has great food at very reasonable prices. We had the pattymelt, heuvos rancheros and their special apple and pecan pancake. Pancakes are the chewy and thick home kind if thats your preference.
