Staff was friendly, ice cream was so so good!

Let me start by saying, I don’t mind spending more money for high quality products. For a 6$ cupcake, the frosting was 2/3rds and for vanilla, why is it so salty??? The cake itself was fine, but the frosting was inedible.

So I traveled all the way from Phoenix to Sedona to try the famous Cupcakes and Iced Coffees from CREAM COUTURE... I had a very bad experience with barista/cashier. First she made out drinks wrong, then when we got our drinks, they were missing sweeteners. So my friend and I asked if we can exchange our different drinks because we didn’t like them, the lady was very rude and said she couldn’t give me another drink. Then I asked if I can speak with a manager and she said no and that she wasn’t in. They lack customer service skills and it was an overall bad experience! Definitely don’t recommend this place at all!

Stopped by for ice cream and a mini key lime pie! Cute shop with lots of beautiful treats! The woman working the counter was so pleasant to talk to and seemed like she enjoys her job. Great experience

We heard about this place that it was suppose to be really good. I spent around $30 for 3 cupcakes. Worse cupcakes I had. They tasted old and freezer burnt. Waited awhile even to get in.

Four of us went in because it looked like it was going to be a great place to try. Taste and flavor did not did not disappoint ....really enjoyed everything we got...between the four of us it was almost $60. However the dark haired girl behind the counter was not helpful with her short blunt answers . Couldn't tell us what was in any of the cakes. Actually said "I don't know" to most of our questions ....had to guess what had nuts in it....wouldn't recommend this place if you had an allergy....would be playing roulette if she helped you....and not pleasant. Training and friendliness are lacking here.

Love, love , love this place, owner and creator Andrea! The smells the taste and the beauty is amazing! I have a gluten sensitivity and a big sweet tooth. I have eaten a few cheesecakes in my life and Andrea's was the best I have ever had. There are regular, gluten and flour free options. The prices are very reasonable when you consider that all the ingredients are the best, the creativity and the flavor. The best deserts I have tasted! The cakes are amazing the designs incredible. I am so, so happy we got our wedding cake from Sedona Cake Couture!! Andrea made the entire experience such a pleasure! At our cake tasting, my husband and I showed Andrea pictures of cakes that we liked and described what we envisioned for our cake. Andrea designed and sketched a cake with the perfect combination of everything we had imagined. When we saw the cake on our wedding day it was exactly what we had imagined! The sugar flowers on the cake were just stunning! We chose chocolate espresso and lemon raspberry as the layers for our cake, and both were absolutely delicious. My husband does not like the taste of fondant and was initially hesitant to have it on our cake. At our tasting, Andrea assured him that the fondant on our cake would be nothing like what he had experienced in the passed because she uses some sort of white chocolate deliciousness. She did not let us down. The icing and outer layer of the cake were fabulous!

Andrea was incredibly responsive and always got back to us quickly! She even gave us a gluten-free chocolate cupcake for my mother to enjoy at the wedding.

Our experience with Sedona Cake Couture was incredible! I would highly recommend Andrea to any of my friends and to anyone getting married in Sedona!

My fiance and I are planning a wedding on a not so high budget. Andrea was able to not only work with our budget, but priced us so well we had money left over in our budget! Her cakes are absolutely delicious, each flavor with its own uniqueness. Our visit was comfortable and we were beyond impressed. Would definitely recommend her services!

Been here twice on vacation… (one now and once last year).. always had best service.. ice cream is spot on.. cheesecakes are great..
