Cream & Cake Couture

We were in the area of vacation and stopped for ice cream while in the shopping center where the shop is located. We got 2 different kinds and neither were great -- I can honestly say it was probably the worst ice cream I've ever had in my life. The ice cream didn't have a lot of flavor and wasn't that sweet, plus it had a strange aftertaste and left a weird film in your mouth. Not worth the money or the calories.

My kids enjoyed their ice cream however it was $27 for two cones with one scoop.

It took a long time for someone to come out of the back and help us. The lady was nice. The two cold items were got were ok. Very pricey. A mint cheesecake and a lemon blueberry tart. The cookie was better than both.

Ridiculous prices. $35 for a mediocre iced coffee, a poorly made cupcake, and two one scoop ice creams. And they don’t have donuts.

I was so excited to get some sweets for my birthday, but the woman behind the counter completely ruined the experience. We waited patiently while another customer was being helped. Someone came in behind us. The staff member didn’t even acknowledge us and asked the other customer for her order. She had to be told that we were there first. We ordered a few treats and went to pay. I don’t know if she thought my partner tipped already but she said “thank you!” then she realized he didn’t tip (probably cause the service was lacking to begin with). Then this woman had the nerve to call my partner a “dick” which I’m sure she thought I didn’t catch. I have never had such terrible service. We got to our car where I tried my desserts. The cookie was super hard and had an overwhelming amount of chocolate. I enjoyed the taste and texture of the German chocolate cake. My only complaint was that it was 2/3 frosting. For such an expensive cupcake, I expected more cake. Will not be going here again and I don’t recommend subjecting yourself to such rude and disrespectful service.

This beautiful morning, I picked up the Breakfast of Queens: the gluten free German Chocolate cupcake by Sedona Cake Couture. I felt like royalty eating it ~ so decadent. The thick texture fills you up and feels like you are treating yourself big time. 😊 Made my day and morning. Feeling so posh. 😄💓 Thank you! #happinessinacup

Ordered the Oreo cupcake and mango pastry, wasn’t worth $28. The cupcake icing was hard & thick, not enough cheesecake. Also, the cheesecake was horrible, chunky & felt like it was made anyhow. The Mango pastry was way too sweet & not enough cake, all syrup. Lastly, the lady working there had a attitude & wasn’t nice at all. Would not recommend this place.

We came in for cakes… I walked up to the counter and asked if there was just one line as it seemed the line was only for ice cream. Was told it was one line. Cool. Another couple came in and walked up and asked for cakes and was served at the counter by the same dude that told us it was one line. Didn’t say anything because by that time we were next in line. Ordered our EXTREMELY overpriced cupcakes and then went to check out. The lady literally pulled out 6 cupcakes from the glass and it was close to $75. The iPad asked for a tip and my friend declined. The lady promptly looked at us and said “oh , I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful”. Ate the cupcakes and they were 75% frosting. So annoying… I can understand higher prices, and being underwhelmed by the food… but the rude service killed the experience for me. I would never go back.
