We used Sedona Cake Couture for our wedding. We planned the wedding out of state and Andrea made things easy for us. we had a very short window for cake tasting, so she set it up that we could come in and pick up the cake options and try it at home on our own schedule. We let Andrea know what we liked and how many people we needed to feed and that was it. The cake turned out amazing and was exactly what my wife wanted for her wedding day! Thank you for the amazing cake!

Was recommended to my friend & i by one of the business owners at the Tlaquepaque shops. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough in a cup. I'm a chocolate chip fan so I thought it could've use a few more chips but overall It was good & I was pleased I stop by. It certainly made up for the rainy day & our visit to Tlaquepaque shops being cut short.

On a short weekend trip, this bakery was one of the few places I marked on my itinerary. Entered the bakery, instantly entranced by the goods but not one of the giggling girls behind the counter said hello. If this bakery is going to charge $12 for a cupcake, the owner should hire staff who reflect the price of the goods. I bought the desserts anyways which I think would have tasted better if the service was more attentive.

I don't know why there are 3 names for this place or why they all have different star ratings but when we saw the location this was the name on the sign so I figured this was the best place to leave my review.
It's a shame so many people had bad experiences here because we loved it! And all the people ordering food seemed happy as well.
The cactus cupcakes and gelato got my attention on Yelp. We were feeling like ice cream on a hot summer day and this place was in walking distance of the RV park we were staying at!
When we arrived we were overwhelmed by decadent desserts and a huge menu! I wanted an ice cream sandwich because one pic on yelp showed it made with macarons. When we asked the employee she said it was just the cookies on display. The cookies were actually so big that I figured it would be too much sweetness! So I shared an affogato with my husband. Our choice of gelato with 2 shots of espresso!
The ice cream portion was great and the cookie dough flavor we had was amazing!
We will definitely be back here again!

Can I give less than one star? Andrea and the people who run this bakery are rude, arrogant, and have absolutely no sense of customer service. After paying the total balance ($1500--did I mention how utterly OVER PRICED their cakes are?!) 2 months before our wedding, I received calls from the bakery on not one but TWO different occasions, from some woman who very aggressively threatened me, saying that if we didn't pay the remaining balance on our cake, it wouldn't be made or delievered. After I tried to explain to her that our order was already paid in full, she then looked in her books, realized I was correct, and offering no apology...hung up on me. This happened TWICE. Do these people not even look in their books before they start calling and threatening people?! On the day of our wedding the cake arrived, and looked only slightly like I had wanted it to. Not only that, but the cake tasted HORRIBLE. It had a layer of fondant that was 1.5 inches thick, and the actual cake was frozen solid--I'm sure because it had been baked weeks prior. It took 3 people pressing down on the knife to cut through it, and once we were able to serve it to our guests, the cake crumbled into tiny, dry, tasteless pieces. I'd like to personally thank Sedona Cake Couture for ruining every single wedding picture I have of my husband and I cutting the cake because we both look like we're trying to slice through stone. Please DO NOT get your cake from this place....

Very unprofessional. Lead us on by asking what we wanted for our cake/cupcakes and after they received our email they waited almost a week to respond by saying they are booked. We were told to email them 60 days before our wedding, which we did, then they wait 6 days after to tell us they can not accommodate our small wedding of under 50 people. Now with 50 days till our wedding we are having to find a bakery from across the country that can fit us in. I am honestly glad that we are not giving them our business at this point because they were unapologetic and nonchalant about this. 0/10

Nice looking cup cakes, but to me, it’s way too sweet! I could only finish half. Better to share, even though it’s small!

We visited there today because we saw it on the news and thought the cactus cupcakes were adorable. I have never written a review online before, but I feel so strongly about how BAD their deserts were I had to write something. I spent $32.00 and threw away almost all of it. The cactus cupcakes were disgusting. The buttercream frosting had no flavor at all. The center of one of them was almost raw. If I hadn’t left town to go back home I would have returned all of it. VERY disappointing. My kids were so disappointed. A huge waste of $30.00.

Alina was awesome, tremendous customer service. Such a hard worker and quick.
The ice cream and waffle cones taste homemade just like they say. Great flavors and super creamy. Hoping to try some of their desserts next time.

So much cream in the ice cream it coated my mouth in a disgusting way. Had to throw away. They also don’t allow for more than 2 flavor samples..which is short-sighted because it's an excellent way to build brand loyalty. We went during their "soft" opening.
As a business owner myself, I think the owner needs some guidance in the customer service and recipe departments. If a customer has a good experience they tell 10 people, if they have a bad experience they tell 100 people.
