Cream & Cake Couture

First of all, I came here because of all the wonderful reviews and photos I saw. I bought my husband a birthday cake and paid way more than I wanted to. But I wanted his cake to be awesome! So I did it, $125 down the drain. The cake looked nothing like the photo I was promised. I also didn't like how I was talked to and told that they look exactly the same! We finally ate it and yes it tasted good, very rich, but good. We were just totally dissatisfied with its look and price. If give a half a star if I could. Posted comparison pics on yelp!

The young lady working was very nice, she let us try a couple flavors before deciding. Flavors were awesome BUT... after about 3 bites there was an overwhelming waxy film in our mouths and on our spoons from the ice cream 🤢 my wife and I couldn’t even finish our ice cream because of the waxy buildup or whatever it was. For the price your better off going to black cow cafe or even baskin robbins . (We ate there yesterday afternoon for reference)

Girl on staff was incredibly rude to my husband. Bought a coffee and some little dessert which were both delicious but I would never return or suggest the place to someone if employees are that rude. She should really get a job where she doesn't work with the public. This was the location inside the main shopping area, the smaller one.

I had to write a review on this place when reminded about it. My wife and I were married at agave in 2015 and unfortunately we had to use andrea. Every experience we had with her was awful. From the cake tasting where we made an appointment and she didn't even have the decency to explain what kind of cake we were trying or even explain our options, to trying to get her to design the cake we wanted because she said and I quote "it was alot of work she didn't want to do". I, to this day, don't understand how she has stayed in buisness and advise everyone and anyone go elsewhere!

We ordered the red velvet cheesecake and the funfetti cupcakes. I think the baker confused salt and sugar. Our red velvet cake itself was incredibly salty and the icing on the funfetti cake was inedible. I do not think we will recommend this bakery to others in the future.

I love love love their cupcakes! My mom and I found their stand over the holidays while visiting Santa in Sedona. Being the cupcake lovers that we are, we got two for the road. We literally sat in my car, took one bite of each kind we got and ran back to the stand to purchase two bag fulls more to share with our friends and family back home! I know my cupcakes and these were the best I've ever had!! You must try!!!

Went to get ice cream and it was 5 minutes before closing . There were 3 of us in our group and the lady at the counter said she was closing at 6:00 and not taking anyone else . She was kind of rude about it and it wasn’t even 6:00 yet nor were there many people in front of us . Who turns someone away from ice cream , seriously !!!!!! Won’t be going back there .

We arrived just a few minutes before opening, the doors were open and the lady sitting outside (obviously worked there) said they didn't open for another few minutes and wouldn't even serve us a coffee. We would have waited but she was so rude! I get they weren't quite open yet, but to refuse to make a simple coffee just a few minutes early while we waited was extremely poor customer service. Don't bother going here. Better placed up the hill :)

Disgusting. Horrible business. Bought a cupcake that turned out to be a cup of frosting. The frosting was overly sweet and nasty. There wasn't even any discernable sponge in the cup. Awful place, whoever is in charge here does not deserve to run a business. (If experiences like mine are typical running it won't be an issue for long)

I would not recommend this place to anyone you don't have a deep powerful loathing for. I could not be paid to give this pit of deception return business.

We went in today to get a treat and a coffee on our way through town.
The staff was so rude and treated us horribly!.
IIf they were the only place in town I would not go back or spend another dime there. Even my 16 year old daughter was scared to speak to the girl because of her attitude towards us.
You would think that considering the current environment they would greet guests buying To Go only with kindness, but do not hold your breathe!
Skip it and try the next stop when in town.
I did not eat the Cale yet, still trying g to get over the shorty attitude of the staff so I can enjoy it.
