The Local Prescott

I had some time to kill and was looking for a local place for brunch. Based on reviews I decided to give this place a try. It wasn't very busy mid-morning on a Monday. I had a chai latte and Huevos Rancheros for my meal. First off, the latte was really, really good. Not too spicy and a good temperature to start drinking right away. The huevos was extremely filling and I couldn't eat all of the smashed potatoes. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a good meal in a cool little "local" place. I took pics of the menu as well.

Not bad, good food, but holy moly it’s expensive. A breakfast burro with chorizo and gravy on top with coffee and orange juice was 30$. After leaving a tip, my breakfast cost 38$.

Was lucky enough to be brought here for breakfast and it was incredible. I had the Biscuits and Gravy with green chilli and it was fantastic! The artwork around the room is a lovely touch - i even bought a piece!

The first place my family and I had breakfast at the start of a week long vacation. It was not only the best breakfast we had but the biscuits and gravy was the best thing I had on the entire vacation period! The service was also outstanding. Our waitress, Heather, was fantastic and gave us great recommendations on ordering and also helped us find where we needed to go in town. Highly recommend!!!

The food was good but the service (at least on the day we went) was not great. It really detracted from the experience unfortunately. My husband brought me here because he had been before and he was really disappointed too. Maybe it was a bad day. The food was really great though, so I’d give them another shot and chalk it up to we caught them on a bad day.

We really enjoyed this little restaurant. They had many unique options. The gluten free zucchini bread was amazing!

This place has phenomenal food! My partner and I are vegan, they had an awesome selection of food and even an individual vegan menu! Chino was our server and he was so kind and very on top of taking care of us! He made it such a positive experience! We don’t live in Prescott but this is our for sure go to anytime we visit now!

Perfect place for a healthy breakfast. I ordered the acai bowl. It has banana, coconut, blueberries and homemade granola which is outstanding! Their coffee is excellent as well. Staff is super friendly too.

Home town style diner with friendly staff and great food! Their hollandaise sauce was fantastic, and their pancakes were light and delicious. A clean atmosphere, comfortable and our waitress was on top of her service. Highly recommend if you're in Prescott.

Supposedly they specialize in food allergies. I am vegan and have food allergies. But every time I have eaten there, dining in or take out, there has been an issue with the food. A few times there has been meat in my southwest sunrise. Also non vegan aioli sauce has been served with the food, without knowledge of this until after the fact. My son in law has an egg allergy and was served regular eggs. Even though we ordered the vegan eggs. They're not very conscientious about the food they are serving. Be warned if you have food allergies.
