Very cool unassuming from the outside local restaurant with an awesome vibe and art hanging around the place. LOTS of southwestern flared vegan and gluten free options to choose from. had the legendary biscuits and green chile sausage gravy, definitely want to come back for the pancakes!

Best breakfast in town, in my opinion. Had the Green Chili sausage gravy on home made biscuits. Delicious. The breakfast potatoes are really, really good as well. Will be going back for sure.

Love this little place. Amazing friendly staff and great food. Good and healthy options. Vegan menu is amazing. I got the breakfast pot pie with Sunny egg on top. It was at delicious 😋

They can get very busy but even with a large crowd, we were seated in about 5 minutes. I got the French toast and added the side of eggs and sausage with green chili. The French toast is amazing and I dipped every few bites in the green hot sauce and it was awesome. The sausage and green Chilli was almost sweet in taste which I wasn't a fan of so I fixed that with the green hot sauce as lol the mimosas are good and I had 2! Staff is nice, quick, and accurate with orders. They have a great overall attitude even with how crazy it gets in there. It'd a good spot to try for families and friends!

I was in town doing some work and wanted to eat somewhere we're not a lot of the out of towners go. I found The Local and it is definitely off the beaten path. The staff was kind courteous always made sure that our coffee was full. Our food came up pretty quickly and it was very delicious. The atmosphere was upbeat and I love the music that they were playing All in all this place is a must!

This restaurant is amazing ! My grandmother and I are gluten free and I was so amazed on all the options and how yummy it tasted ! No other breakfast place has as many Alternatives for people like my self, that are limited to certain foods ! Thank you guys so much ! I will be definitely eating here more often :)

It's probably the only place in town where you can get a variety of foods and also buy overpriced paintings of animals. Tried 3 of the items recommended by the waitress. 1. Eggs Benedict which had true hollandaise plenty of Canadian bacon.
2. French toast which was a French baguette cut down not much in the plate. 4 pieces
3. Biscuits & gravy which was not grandma's biscuit & gravy. Was a chilie based yellow gravy which didn't really go well. Mimosas were good as was the bloody Mary. Staff ultimately made the experience the best.

Snotty, undercooked whites and old, brown-veined avocado were features of my Broken Yolk Sammie. The side smashed potatoes were unseasoned boiled potatoes just smashed - completely flavorless. Those were the good parts of this breakfast. The undrinkable bitter coffee had an awful taste i could not define.
I gave this place a second try after having had a sausage pie that had no sausage and over-spiced odd flavored vegetables. I won't be back.

Local gem with Southwestern and Vegan options. French toast dipped in orange juice! Awesome attentive staff. Tasty bold coffee. Bright fun environment! Good for locals and visitors ! TIP: You can get 20% off gift cards for The Local @ Costco.

Incredibly inconvenient when you order a medium only for it to be delivered rare and not have a capability of cooking it yourself. $100 spent here and will never return. Cook times very uneven on the steak, evident in the photo, you might want to run a refresher for your cooks.
