South Restaurant + Coffeehouse

Have been to both the Restaurant and Coffeehouse, and loved them both! Great service, very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food! Highly recommended

Absolutely five stars! This place is incredible. The food, atmosphere and service is wonderful. This place makes you feel happy and all tingly inside :) I bring all my out of town guests and am proud to have such a quality dining experience in our dear state. I recommend coming at 5:30, you may actually get a table without waiting too long.

Good calm atmosphere and pleasant public. Location is in the middle of nowhere, but still worse to be visited. If you have time and want to chill out go there and enjoy the place and tasty food.

Bit of a wait for an afternoon table on Sunday. That is a good sign!

First time here. Wait staff was very friendly. Food top notch. I had the Vegas, Baby! Omelette. Fantastic. Wife had the classic eggs benedict. Very good. Picture included of my my plate. Well done South.

Good is on the pricey side but is good, portions are generous for most dishes. Service can be quite slow at times.

One of my favorite restaurants in anchorage. Never dissapoints.. Always clean, great service, great food and drinks. Always busy, expect waiting line but always worth the wait.

Cozy little spot in South Anchorage that's a hybrid coffee shop and restaurant. The coffee shop offers pastries and snacks along with smoothies as compliment to the usual coffee menu.
