Waited 15+ years for PJs to come to Madison, AL :) The owners and their employees are amazing and the service is top notch—each and every time. The coffee options are endless, but I must suggest you try a granita (either caramel or peppermint) in a purple cup. Delicious! 💜💜💜

Great coffee retreat in Madison. It hasn’t started getting too busy yet like the others, but not because it isn’t as good. Their Nitro and coffee drinks are tasty, the staff has always been very friendly, the prices are on par with everywhere else. I haven’t tried any food, but they do have beignets, and also a limited selection of real fast sandwiches or pastry.
Give it a try with a friend if you haven’t already.

The product is great. The employee's and owner are nice but it takes WAY too long to get a coffee!! Especially in the drive through :(

I wrote the review below about a month ago but wanted to edit. Since then things have really shifted the last 3 times I decided to use the mobile app. Everything was on time. Staff was great. Even today I had gotten caught by every light and the woman at the front (didn’t get her name) but insisted she go grab some hot beignets since mine were cold now. Love that they are listening and implementing feedback.

No doubt their beignets are AMAZING! But out of the 4 times I have gone, I have had 3 bad experiences with service.

They dropped my ticket on the floor the other day and forgot all about my order even though I asked about it several times. I was told it would be 5 more minutes every time and then they realized what happened. Today I was told beignets would take 5 minutes and here it is 25 minutes later and I’m still waiting. I would wait to come back until they figure out how to run the front/back or whatever the hold up is. Or prepare to spend a lot of time being frustrated while the staff and manager continue to ignore you. Not even apologies were given. I was so excited to get one of these in our town but it’s been disappointing just about every visit.

Absolutely wonderful place! The beignets are the best I have ever had before. The inside is not hollow and super fluffy. The Mocha Velvet Ice is delicious. It’s not super sugary and sweet which is perfect. Staff was lovely! Definitely coming back!

I've been here both through the drive-thru and in the store. The drive-thru did take a little bit longer than going in. We also managed to be there when they were rotating out some of their baked goods, so they let us try some for free, which was so nice! Everything we tried was really good. We went when it wasn't very busy so the atmosphere was really nice. They have a cloth checkerboard set that kept my children entertained. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The beignets are made fresh, and they are definitely worth the wait.

Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. However, the drive through moves pretty slow.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Had an incorrect order and the kid behind the counter apologized and remade the drink real quick, with no hassle.

Convenient location, but the drive thru part is a little bizarre on how it is arranged...not at all intuitive, so I always walk-in. Drinks are good... both standard and creative. Pastries about the same quality as or better than Starbuck's. Been back a few times now and plan to keep coming back. Staff is very friendly. If you have never tried them before, beignets are sweet, but not too sweet. Warning: they can be messy... powdered sugar everywhere!

I have been here 3 times since opening and I will never come back. Whoever the general manager of this store is may be the worst I've ever encountered at any restaurant. They are constantly out of everything and all 3 times they have given me the wrong order, none of which taste good in the slightest. It's different people every time which makes me think this manager has just refused to train anyone. With the vast number of coffee options that have popped up in Madison, this is one you should definitely skip.
