BAD BAD BAD!
First experience - waited a extremely long time, they did not have multiple items on the menu as well. Beignets, muffins, egg bites ALL OUT.
Second experience- Waited at the drive through for over 18 mins to order, two different times the employee came on and said “we will be with you in a few minutes”. They did not ever even take our order.
These are both from my point of view - my husband had his on experience. He was able to actually order - got two coffees and was told beignets would be atleast 45-60 minutes.
From these 3 experiences, I would not recommend at all. They have such a good location next to grocery pickup at Kroger but that’s the only good thing about this place. Legit so disappointed.

I love this new PJs! Coffee was hot and delicious (pralines and cream latte). Beignets were yummy and fresh! I’m sad to see all the negative comments. This place has only been open for 5 days so yes drive thru will take a bit to get in their groove. Have some patience or better yet, bring your happy inpatient self inside :) the owners are super nice and happy to be serving the community!

So glad to have a PJ's in town. I worked at the Maple Street location in new Orleans for a few years and it was nice to see some of the history on display.
They were slammed when I went so there was a little wait. The staff apologized multiple times and my order was correct.
In time I think they will get everything down and it will become more efficient.

I was excited for a new location to open up in Huntsville, however my first visit might be my last. I ordered 3 cinnamon rolls and all of them were severely undercooked and basically just dough aside from the very outside. I also got a sandwich, which was not given to me at the drive through window. The line was long and slow, and once in line you cannot leave until you are right next to the window.

Fresh Beinets and coffee..just wish they would have opened a store near Gate 7..much better than StarSucks.

Visiting the area from Southern California and just happened to see the sign and stopped - tried my favorite non coffee drink - iced chai latte and it could not have tasted any better. Too bad I don't live in the area or I would be a repeat customer at least weekly. The owner, Vishwa, came by our table and introduced herself and made us feel welcome. Thanks Vishwa to you and your staff - this comment is unsolicited and offered without being asked. P.S. my friend had a Ethiopian Coffee and told me she gave it 5 Stars.

Echoing the other reviews - I don't know what they were thinking with the drive-through design. We ordered a Mocha Latte & the Praline Latte - we were given a Matcha (green tea powder) Latte and a bitter milk drink that I suppose contained some coffee but if it did it was really really weak. I definitely understand the Mocha/Matcha accident, that was just a mistake. But the actual correctly made one was really icky as well. It's also incredibly over-priced and I don't understand why. Maybe the espresso machines need to be used a while before the coffee takes like coffee?? Idk. We might give them another chance at some point but honestly, it is such a pain to even get into the place, we will probably just keep going to Just Love Coffee ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good Coldbrew and staff is nice. Baristas/Team Members need more training I think, but understandable since the place is brand newly open. Cashier offered me liquid sugar in my iced coffee in place of Splenda, which is a major no-no as it could be harmful for diabetics. I also ended up having to stir in the Splenda myself. That's fine, just a bit abnormal these days, as having it done behind the counter usually involves less mess. Overall, OK. I'll definitely return to try more stuff, just maybe when the baristas get a bit more experience under their belt.
