Get the beignets!!! The atmosphere is lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy to be there and getting along with each other. We ordered 2 mocha granitas, a hot caramel creme, a cinnamon roll and an order of beignets. My companions did not think that their granitas were sweet enough, and I even added sugar to my beverage. The cinnamon roll was fine, but nothing special. The highlight was the beignets, that were fresh, warm, crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside and completely covered in powdered sugar. I will go back for a much bigger order of the beignets and try a different drink.

Love this place! Its never super busy in the morning so its always super quick to get my coffee and bagel thru the drive thru. The coffee is always amazing and made just how I like it. The employees are always super nice and smiling! This is my new favorite coffee shop! It beats the over priced tasteless coffee at Starbucks and its quicker than white bison.

A fantastic coffee shop that was sorely needed in Madison. If you love beignets and coffee, don't miss PJs. The owners make you feel like part of the family. Definitely a little slice of New Orleans in the heart of Madison. Dare I say, a little better than Cafe du Monde... Yes, they have Chicory coffee...

Very kind and helpful staff! I only grabbed a coffee this morning (which is perfect), but I’ll definitely be back to try the food just based off of my interaction with the people there.

Awesome Chai Latte! I usually don’t drink chai at baristas, but this one I had to try as my friend suggested it.

Average coffee with less than average service. I won’t be back for awhile. We ordered 2 drinks, there was people who ordered after us getting their drinks before us. Then we finally got one drink after waiting about 10+ minutes, still waiting on the other one… a large group comes in who appear to be friends of the owners who was getting their drinks before we got our second one. It took about 20 minutes for us to get both drinks. They need a better system. Also the drive thru is not open like the signs say it is.

I’m going to give this a 5 for the taste of the coffee it is very good and they have several nondairy milk options which is fantastic and they offer tea and innovative non coffee drinks as well - what I am going to mention is the concern I have for the service. It’s still a new place so we need to give it some time however training is key and consistency is key. And I’m hoping there will be some true baristas trained here and that management will take the time to really train their teams. I’ll give it some time but the coffee and the frozen hot chocolate gets a thumbs up- it is very very good.

Soft Opening of the coffee shop was this week and absolutely love the service of the staff as well as great quality food while the place is getting ready for the Grand Opening. BEIGNETS are absolutely THE BEST!!!

So good. I first tried pjs in NOLA and was so happy to see them open here. Drive thru was fast and employees were friendly and looked like they work really well together.
