Waited 10 minutes in drive through for an online pickup. Was informed I can’t pick them up in the drive through. Went inside to wait in line. Watched them start my online order, now ten minutes past pick up time. Manager Randy told me they were understaffed although I counted 13 employees. He implied I was a liar and refused to speak to me. Corporate didn’t answer. This place is not great.

For the second time in a row this location has gotten our order wrong. Living 50 miles away we can't just pop back by and take care of it. Fifteen dollars for a dozen doughnuts is ridiculous when they're not what you ordered...

The drive thru order taker was nice, originally. Then, he soon went from kind to crazy. We ordered 12 raspberry filled donuts and got lemon filled, for most of them. The drive thru order taker got upset because we ordered the "Mini" Twix box, which he claimed that they were out of. We also asked for a military discount, which he claimed they only gave out in the mornings. We spent almost $40 for poor service. The gentleman at the pay window with the red head wrap said that they don't give military discounts anymore because "... people were lying...". Then, why not ask for identification because people don't have to lie if they have proof, right? The manager was kind and gave us an applicable discount.

Donuts are getting smaller, costing more unnecessarily above the inflation percentage and they always have the exact same donuts just with a different cake design on the top. Always the same filling same donuts...

Nothing like Krispy Kreme... but the last several times I've received stale, cold donuts. I drove in with the hot donuts sign and when I got my order... they were cold and looked like they were a few days off. Before that my dozen glazed looked like powered donuts. We only have one in town, so the hope is they are always perfect.

Product is fresh every morning I've stopped by. Only issue I've encountered was with a staff member. Young lady was irritated at the person ordering through drive through. The comments she was saying to another staff member about the customer was uncalled for. FYI: when you're working with the public you represent your company. If you do not have the patience to wait on someone then providing customer service should not be your realm of employment.

The best Donuts In town when they are fresh or hot, But it's a hit and miss nowadays. I can't remember the last time I had hot fresh donuts. It's like it's not a thing anymore and the Customer Service is Trash!!

Placed a pickup order a day in advance and I had to wait 30 min past the pick up time and was late to a work event. When I asked why this happened the employee got verbally aggressive. It seemed they were having a bad day but still. To make it better they put 2 containers of coffee on top of 2 boxes of doughnuts and crushed all of the doughnuts underneath. I sent an E-mail to the company to give them a chance to rectify the situation but they did not respond to me so here I am.
Overall Pour customer service and completely apathetic towards their customers. Will not be going back.

My wife ordered and paid for a dozen assorted donuts online for delivery, they delivered a box of 3 donuts. And now they won’t answer their phone. Be careful they don’t steal your money here
