Krispy Kreme

Everyone working here yesterday were wonderful, with the exception of one guy. He was just rude. The gal who waited on me, Cynthia, was wonderful. She was overworked and stressed, but professional. I watched a customer come back in and be very ugly to them. The gals handled it very well.

Brie (or Bree, not sure how it's spelled) took my order and handed me my donuts in the drive through.. She was amazing, so sweet and kind, She even gave me a coupon that cut a lot off of my order. I really appreciated her warm, friendly demeanor. The donuts were fantastic too, but they always are.. But coming across a kind person is unfortunately rare.

Very poor customer service. I entered the doughnut shop and the person behind the counter never acknowledged me, I stood there for a few minutes looking at the doughnuts in the display case and when I looked up there was a person just standing there behind the display staring at me, never did she asked to take my order or even mouth a greeting. I asked her if she was ready for my order, and she replied yes. After I gave her my order she walked away without saying a word to me, disappeared to the back of the store, then returned with my order moments later, again she walked past me to the register without saying a word to me.

My car started over heating one day and this was the easiest and fastest place to get to and get the car turned off. It was extremely hot outside that day and I had 3 kids with me. Two toddlers and a 10 yr old. All 3 hot and complaining. The employees helped me with getting some water for my car and went above and beyond by allowing us to come inside and sit where it was cool while we waited on the car to cool down enough for me to add the water to it. While we waited they gave us all drinks and the kids a donut and would not accept any payment for it. I still can’t believe just how thoughtful these people were and how understand they was as well. I will never forget it. They won me over for sure.

The staff are exceptional at this location. I really enjoy going into the store to interact with them in person. They are mask compliant and follow appropriate social distancing. The donuts are always fresh and never dry.

The doughnuts are excellent when they are hot. However, they are average when not hot. Excellent selection, but they run out of specific items often. Call before you go or order through their app to ensure your selection is available. They most likely take orders over the phone as well.

Came here tonight and they were slammed! The line still moved pretty fast though. When we got to the window Monique (we asked her name) was so patient and sweet. I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and have never had such a good experience. She was amazing and sweet.

Cold donuts and grouchy waitress. Sure has changed since I last went to a KK.

Stopped by for some Glazed Kreme filled donuts. Was told they no longer make those. Asked for some chocolate Kreme filled instead. Was informed they were out. Asked for some of the cake batter donuts. Was told they were out. Asked for Boston creme. They were out. Asked for the Reese's. They were out. Asked for several other types, but was repeatedly told they were out. It turned out they just had plain, basic donuts and lemon donuts. They could have at least simply told me they had only two types of donuts in the entire store instead of letting me keep requesting different kinds, only to be let down and disappointed repeatedly. Drove an hour to Huntsville, because I've been wanting some good donuts for a while and this was the nearest Krispy Kreme. But they had basically nothing, the woman at the window didn't seem to care in the slightest about her job or the customers, and my entire experience was nothing more than a huge letdown. Will not be returning to this location. Or any Krispy Kreme if it's true they don't make Glazed Kreme filled anymore.

I am very disappointed. We waited over 30 minutes in drive through to order donuts 4 cases of donuts. 4 cars in front of us drove off after reaching the window and we wonder why because the lady at the window was very rude and asked did we order at the speaker of course we said no because nobody ever said anything the whole time we was there she then tells us we cant order there at the window that we need to drive back around and get back in the line.
