Who doesn't love a great doughnut? It was excellent!

I have visited this Huntsville Krispy Kreme location many times with great service but I'm very disappointed as of late. The last several times I have went through the drive thru I get home to open my box of doughnuts to find not what I ordered at all. Today I paid almost 17.00 for a dozen of the Ice-cream truck doughnuts to find only 2 kinds when there should have been 4 types with most being plain glazed.

I drop by this Krispy Kreme often and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. You can't beat a Krispy Kreme Donut. However, my most recent visit wasn't the best. While the staff was really friendly and quick to serve my wife and me,they didn't have any specialty donuts. They were out of choc glazed creme filled donuts, choc glazed donuts, raspberry filled, and many other variety donuts. They only had a couple of donut types to choose from. This is the reason for my 4-star

Donuts were great. Service was ok...they had three people in front that didn't seem to help anyone for a bit. The pickup orders were not altogether. Person that helped me was pleasant and efficient the cashier was surly

Just had the absolute BEST doughnut experience EVER! Pulled up at Dunkin’ initially and waited at the counter with no greeting- so left and went across the parkway to Krispy and NANCY greeted us with the biggest smile and compliments! Completely made our morning and gave us a little KK history while we waited on our beverages. The young lady at the cash register was also extremely helpful and pleasant. They were busy and pushing out a lot of food but still made every customer feel number #1. Kudos to a solid operation!!

Mid. 10 better places in town. The wait times are kind of crazy.

First of all, it’s Krispy Kreme, so I shouldn’t even need to add anything else. But this Krispy Kreme has been here as long as I can remember, and I have memories of this store dating back to childhood. It is an iconic Huntsville location.

While most people get donuts to go, it is a great place to grab a dozen, and sit down with a friend or two in the store with a hot cup of coffee and relax.

The coffee there is as good as you can find in Huntsville. I would rather get a cup at Krispy Kreme than .

Kids love watching the donut making process through the windows. Some Krispy Kreme locations are easier to view for the kids than this one. I have to pick my kid up for her to see here. Donuts are good. The donuts are overpriced but that’s a corporate decision not local so can’t fault the location. Parking at this location is difficult when there’s more than a handful of cars. Of all the locations they could have picked I’m baffled as to why this one and why this design for in store and out.

Ordered 6 Oreo cream and 6 chocolate filled they gave me 6 chocolate iced with no filling the hole was there to make it look as if they were filled none of them were. All 12 of them were not fresh they looked to be days old

If you don’t like donuts, we can’t be friends. Love it there. Donuts are great whether they are hot or not. Of course I’ve hardly ever been there when the hot sign is on😭
