To many employees gathered up in view of everyone standing around talking and laughing.
A gentleman we thought was the Manager had to come up front to the register to correct a mis-ring while the line for doughnuts got longer and longer....
Manager finally called up a second Cashier to come to the front but she was showing so much attitude it was pitiful....
Two miles down the road we tasted some of the doughnut holes we just purchased and the first words that came to mind was cold and nasty......
We have been eating Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for decades and these were the worse .....

The donuts can't be beat, but the customer service has been declining harshly over the past 2-3 years. We were told at the drive thru to drive to the window or come inside. We were then given soft drinks that were only carbonation and no syrup. The check out girl rolled her eyes and got us a new drink reluctantly.

NANCY WAS VERY RUDE TO ME I ASKED HER TO SCAN MY REWARDS APP BARCODE SHE LIED TO ME LIKE THE SCANNER WAS BROKE JUST BEING PURE LAZY BUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE GAVE HER THE SCANNER TOLD HER IT WASNT BROKE SHE STILL REFUSED TO SCAN MY REWARDS ! Not to mention she CURSED ME OUT AND SLAMMED THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW IN MY FACE ALL BECAUSE I WANTTO SCAN MY REWARDS I DONT APPRECIATE MY SERVICES THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME TODAY I NEVER ENCOUNTER ANY ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION UNTIL TODAY THESE NEW EMPLOYEES NEED A REALITY CHECK IT COULDA WENT WAY LEFT THEN IT DID YOU DONTGWT MAD AT A CUSTOMER CURSE THEM OUT THEN SLAM DOOR IN THEIR FACE IS THIS REALLY HOW KRISPY KREME IS TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Went through the drive thru last night and when I opened my box, there was a lone donut in it instead of the two that I had paid for. I didn't get a receipt for some unknown reason, and although I've called repeatedly, nobody bothers to answer the phone. It's not a huge amount of money, but it's the principle of it that bugs me. As a retail business,shouldn't customer service be a priority? I'll take my business across the way to Dunkin from now on.

We stopped and got a half a dozen donuts. Whereas we sat in the lobby and ate one each my husband and I. We could hardly get it down. So much icing was on the donuts that we couldn't eat one more. They were fresh off the line which was a plus however it was so sweet it almost made you sick.

I just don't know about some people I hate saying if you don't like your job then move on you was looking for one when you found that one right but I love the donuts so yep I will put up with none happy people 5 stars for donuts
