Went on Friday at 3pm door was locked with many people in the lobby with no sign so it was very confusing. A customer has to speak through the doors to tell us the drive thru was open but it’s was like 10 cars backed up there maybe they are short staffed 🤷🏾♀️

Store was somewhat clean & no other customers were there at all. They only had around 7 different donut types to choose from, so the selection was lacking. The donuts are super basic. Nothing to really celebrate or crave. The "Kreme" tastes like plastic. If you're absolutely dying for a donut, there's a 50/50 chance this place will suffice, but Daylight Donuts is ions better, fresher, more options, custom choices, and at a better price. I give Krispy Kreme 1star for the business being reasonably clean. Also, the boy behind the register was on the phone the entire time. Stood there a couple minutes staring at him and had to get his attention to get my receipt after paying. I guess whatever was on his phone took precedent over the customer.

The Red Light wasn't on but the expectation that the donuts will taste fresh is still there. This location has gone downhill on the quality of the products they sell. The donuts were the worst I've had from KK. This place needs an overhaul of location, management, and quality of their foods.

Got some doughnuts this particular date, and they were hot. When I got home there was no icing on the doughnuts like it was supposed to have.

This Krispy Kreme location at North Memorial Parkway is honestly the worst location I have ever been to, which is very unfortunate as it is the only one in the entire Huntsville area.
I have never been to this location and seen all of the staff working. Even when we went last week on Friday night at peak busy hours, there were 8 people working, but only 3 of them were actually doing anything (slowly and begrudgingly at that), and with the open-concept of the building, customers can clearly see the employees just standing around talking, looking at their phones, etc. In the 40 minutes we stood there waiting on donuts, three staff members just walked out the front door only to come back 5-10 minutes later. They 'ran out' of biscoff donuts after we had already ordered them 20 minutes prior. They 'ran out' of original glazed donuts on the 2-for-1 dozen night and took 15 minutes to get more out. It was horrible.
And then yesterday when I did a pickup at the same location at lowest busy hours, there's 6 people working there and every one of them is just on their phone, no one greets me, asks me if I need anything, etc. I just walked in, grabbed my box off the shelf, and left. Terrible employees at this location...

The drive through speaker was not working. The lady at the window was very rude. They would not allow us to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. I was told that they had no sugar free options for drinks. Overall experience was very disappointing.

Good doughnuts but middle level everything else. It's so average I can't say anything stood out to actually leave a proper review.

We live over an hour away so we are usually coming by late at night. They’re always out of everything except glazed doughnuts. This visit didn’t give us a receipt and the doughnuts were cold.

Been coming here since 1968. The Hot Now light sign out front tells customers that they can get fresh hot glaze doughnuts. They are certainly yummy. Customer service is excellent.

Rude and incompetent staff. Out of everything and get an attitude when you want to order more than a coffee. Went through drive through at 2:13pm 4/22/23 if you want to figure it out
