I usually love Krispy Kreme, but tonight was something different. I used the drive through. I could hardly understand what the lady was saying, because there were 2 or 3 other employees loudly talking in the background that I could hear clear as day on the speaker. I asked for a strawberry glazed sprinkled donut, 6 chocolate iced raspberry filled, and 6 chocolate iced custard filled. She repeated back to me a dozen of something. I said no, 13 total. A single strawberry glazed sprinkled donut, and then a dozen, half chocolate iced raspberry filled, and half chocolate iced custard filled. She muttered "whydidn'tyousaythatinthefirstplace" and then gave me my total without repeating the order back to me. I pulled up, the other employees were still standing right next to her having their very loud conversation. It's no wonder she heard the order wrong. She handed me a box with a dozen donuts in it. No receipt. No strawberry glazed sprinkled donut. I asked for the donut, and it was sitting to the side. She gave it to me and I drove off. I opened the box, and instead of 6 and 6 of the donuts I asked for, I got 3 raspberry filled chocolate iced, 3 chocolate iced cream filled, 3 regular glazed donuts, and 3 chocolate iced regular donuts. I don't know how I ended up with 4 different types of donuts. I don't know what I was charged for since I didn't get a receipt. The employee had an attitude. You guys can do better.

Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing but the wait at the Huntsville AL shop is shockingly long. Waiting 30 min in drive thru right now...and it is always a long wait...not because the lines are long or they are short staffed. They are just slow. I cannot imagine how much MORE money this bakery would make if they had an efficient front end.

I was pretty impressed with the employees and their attitudes when they had a good bit of customers come in at 9:30pm. They looked around for donuts in their bakery trays for us, were courteous, and the store was really clean. Good post-girls-night dessert run!

My family visits every Saturday. Best doughnuts in the world. The staff are so friendly and even offered to bring out hot and fresh original donut instead of the one in the case. Now, my three year old only wants “hot and fresh” donuts.

(At) the drive thru, by the person at the menu pull up, after you order, and pull ahead anyway, because you think they forgot to get back with you, guess what !

Pulled into Krispy Kreme because the hot light was on. Placed order and went up to window to pay and get the donuts. 1. They gave me the 2 dozen I ordered and 2 mini donuts. The boxes were cold and I asked if the donuts were hot and the guy said no. I told him the light was on and if it had been off, I would not have stopped. These were the worst donuts ever. They were ice cold, hard and dry. They weren't worth the money. I normally love Krispy Kreme. If the light isn't on, they are not ice cold and dry as these. After tonight, I was ready to go to Dunkin donuts and I don't like Dunkin. Krispy Kremes are too expensive to be this awful. YALL NEED TO TURN THE LIGHT OFF IF THE DONUTS ARE NOT HOT. The guy lied when he said the light had been off about an hour. The donuts were too cold to be off only about an hour. It will be a long time before I go back if ever. I will be telling my friends about this and I am pretty sure they won't go back either.

Have been going here my whole life but will not be back. We went through the drive through and asked for some of the current reeses special doughnuts. We were told they were not available for ordering from the drive through however we could walk in and get them, which we did. I am not sure if this is a new policy but have not encountered this in 20 years of going to this location. It was ridiculous enough to prevent me from going back.

Do better KK!! No hot donuts anytime! Lobby closed and drive thru crawling! Then “limited items” only! Huntsville deserves a better location.

Couldn't say... everything was empty with no selections. Only 2 people were working. One at window and one for inside. Had this happened before. I asked if more was available in the back and was told only what was in case was available. Decided to try again on 2/12. Out of everything and nothing to offer. We left without purchasing. Hardly anyone in parking lot. Can't imagine how much money they lose from not having product to sell
