Despite the length of the drive-thru line, it went by fairly quick. The lady at the window was very pleasant and had my order ready to go when I got there. Was also accurate. I think the line really appeared much longer because folks were keeping a six foot distance between the cars. That's only when you're face-to-face folks, not in your own vehicles!

I’m sorry, but those donuts were dry as hell today. The bread was literally porous. Disappointed I threw $12 in the trash.

What others said about cleanliness. Employees are nice, but one was vaping right next to us while we were eating. It tells you what kind of area this is in. Good luck!

I’m not complaining about this place. It’s been great since 1923 when it was built (ok maybe 1960). But you would think the largest city in the state might have a second and newer location. Specifically in south Huntsville so it’s more convenient to me! lol Does this one location have the franchise cornered?? PLEASE someone open another one!!

The gentleman who rang us up was very nice. However, the inside is filthy. The whole place could use a deep cleaning.

They need faster lanes if they want to really sell donuts I can't sit in line for more than 8-10 mins I had to go to Dunkin donuts it was a lot faster not as good but it was donuts and it was my day to buy. So they got what they got I didn't hear any complaints

Very unprofessional and the young man had one glove on while making orders and receiving payments.... not once changing gloves or shall I say glove! Huntsville needs another location asap and say goodbye to this one and fire the whole crew.....plus management of this location!!!!!

It was just okay. Went in to try the chocolate donuts only offered on the 1st Friday. Nothing special. I thought it was a chocolate donut dunked in chocolate. It is just a glazed with chocolate frosting. Also the price of a dozen donuts is getting ridiculous.
