Caribou Coffee

Seriously the FRIENDLIEST and fastest service ever. It is so refreshing in these times to go through a drive-thru and interact with the staff at this establishment who genuinely appear happy to serve the public their morning coffee.

Tried this after the much anticipated arrival of Soup Towns own Caribou. The coffee is fine, but the employees need some refining.
The first thing we were asked is if we were rewards members, not even a hello. Then she got huffy over the mic when we asked for a minute to decide. Very pushy and didnt let me finish speaking before she began asking about add ons to coffee (ex: shot of espresso). let your customers finish talking!

I would prefer some type of label on the coffees. Ordered 2 iced coffees that looked similar in the cups and had no idea what was what until we had to play taste roulette. The girl at the window has a mumbling problem and after asking her twice what she was saying still had no idea.

wasnt until playing taste roulette I realized I got the wrong flavor but I wasnt about to deal with round 2 of that mess.

very disappointing because I usually love Caribou and I do enjoy the coffee. Will be making the trip over the bridge instead.

Staff here are very friendly and drinks are always made delicious but Every time I go through the drive-through I’m waiting 15 minutes At the least. They have two people working not enough for how busy it is.

Coffee and food were great

I completely understand being short staffed but I waited for 20 minutes or so after all was said and done, one car Infront of me with the walk up window closed. With the line building up behind me and being unfamiliar with the menu which doesn't have many discriptions, I didn't feel comfortable asking many questions about the menu.

All in all it seems like the employees are trying their best but I wouldn't stop by for a quick coffee.

Caribou is usually my go-to for coffee when I'm out. On Google it says this place is supposed to be open at 5:30. When I went there today, it was closed. Two other cars in the line waiting as well. Saw who I think was an employee in the parking lot just texting on her phone. Too bad.

Coffee perfect. Nice way to start a road trip. The drive-thru worker was friendly polite, and clear.

I am so happy for this Caribou. Finally a place to get a good cup of black coffee on the way to work, or pick up a tray for my family on the way back home. Friendly and quick staff!

It’s such a cute little caribou! Great drinks here too of course! My favorites are the dark chocolate campfire nitro, a berry white mocha with an extra shot ;) and the cookies and cream cooler with TWO added shots ;) ;)

The drive through was really slow and although there weren't too many cars in front of us, it took quite some time.
