Caribou Coffee

Always friendly and I love that they normalize pronouns, they let their staff express themselves. I have had a few issues ordering online where things were missing(example, whip) but the drinks were still delicious. Keep up the awesome work!

We have gone to Caribou many times and most of the time it’s OK however there have been three times when the order was totally wrong and the person working had to have the order repeated three times and they still didn’t get it right. However customer service took care of it all and all nice place to go

I ordered online at 8:55am. Arrived 9:05am. I understand there was a car line and a bit busy but order online is to “skip the line” I went to the window, no acknowledgement. Went back to the car to warm up. Went back to the window after someone pulled up and picked up their order. Went back to the window and finally someone came to the window and asked what I needed. It’s now 9:20am. They said they needed to make one more of my coffees (just 3 latte’s) left at 9:25am. I should of went in line, it would have been quicker. Just really disappointed in service. You guys can do better caribou.

Non coffe drinks are sub-par. I don't drink coffee but my wife liked that.

Wonderful and convenient Caribou Coffee with friendly staff just down the road from the Holiday Inn Express that I used as a basecamp for the Festival of Sail (Tall Ships) Lake Superior. Until we meet again! ☕

Most of the time the drinks are awesome, but occasionally you get one that's iffy. They're also a little more on the expensive side, so I think of it as more of a treat than a regular thing to do. Staff has always been friendly.

I absolutely love the Mint Condition. They now serve it in XL, even though it's hot!!

If I can't get to a single/family/local coffee shop, I will go out of my way to find Caribou!

So happy about this lovely little location and the store is very cute and convenient! The beverages were great and breakfast food was pretty tasty. Prices on food are a little more expensive than other places but the bacon & gouda quiche is my favorite quick breakfast. I know this location is fairly new, so I am rating 4 stars because the wait time was 20+ mins for the drive through and I’m hoping that will adjust as time continues on.

Dark roast coffee ended up watered down to the point I'd thought it was from MacDonald's. I was very disappointed as I was 4-5 miles away when I noticed over in nearby Duluth. This happened around 10:45 AM on March 3, 2022. My wife had ordered tasty cocoa (which was fine) along with my dark roast coffee. Wasted coffee as I would, could not stand to drink it. Brew mishap?

So yummy! My favorite drink at this moment is a Caramel Iced Crafted Press, extra caramel, moose it! I'm so so happy there's a good coffee shop in superior! Dunkin donuts has nothing on The Bou!!
