Caribou Coffee

Changed the cold brew and now it tastes awful and the employees with not exchange the drink! Terrible customer service…

I'm only giving it a one because I was never at caribou coffee...tried it once many years ago and was a waste of money coffee to expensive and nasty burnt tasting.

Love caribou coffee! The best coffee around by far!

Wow, tough to rate. The coffee is good as are all the drinks but not anything special but the employees are great, friendly and pleasant. The customers are also friendly. I will go back of course. To be fair my wife rates it as a five but she likes coffee more than I.

the only reason it gets 2 stars is because the worker who gave me my drink said “have a good day” and that was the only friendly interaction that occurred. girl takin my order was literally silent the whole time and it felt super awkward. coffee was fine tho

The staff is always nice but after ordering from here at least 10+ times we've had a correct order maybe two times. I understand it's hard to keep track of things and serving is a stressful job but there should be a system to write orders down so it's easier to keep track of. For the record they're always simple orders. I'm only writing this review because I know it's easy to have problems that seem hard to fix but hopefully the staff or management can start taking small steps to fix their issues instead of just getting the employees in trouble which I hope doesn't happen.

Almost every single time my girlfriend and I come here they mess up our order the latest being her ordering a vanilla latte and them literally serving her a cup of milk I don't know what this places deal is but after today they permanently lost my buisness we've never had these problems at other caribou locations ether

This is located inside a grocery store, so it's a small area.

This place is relatively new so I want to give the girls that work there a break but I've been here maybe 10 times in the last two weeks and there was only one time nothing went wrong. Everything I gotten from here tasted great so I'll give them that but they are pretty slow. They give me a hot latte when I ordered an iced or blended. Also when I ordered two drinks the one time, they called out the first when it was ready and I waited for a little over 5 minutes and about 3 people came and went before I got up and started walking up to the counter to say something when the one girl saw me and realized she just set my other drink behind the counter and didn't say anything. Hopefully these little things get better with time.

I absolutely love Caribou and this is the closest one to me. But it seems to always be a great disappointment. Their coffee always taste old and burnt, at least 70% of the time they have forgotten my flavor shot, and rarely is the service decent. They need to take notes from the Stillwater Caribou that's my favorite local store.
