Love the coffee, service can be hit or miss.

If the lines are long outside. They have workers come out and take your order face to face. Nice,friendly,kind workers. Great coffee,smoothies and tea. I love them.

I have never had a worker at Moka who wasn't friendly and kind. They are quick despite the often long lines and sometimes even bring the drink out to you ahead of time so you can be on your way faster which is greatly appreciated.

I love this place! While you wait for your coffee, the workers will always make small talk, offer the little ones a small treat. They are great!

great great great staff. They are always happy and super friendly. One is from my home state and he helps me cheer my team on whenever I come through. They ask what your plans are for the day, act interested and work in all weather. They are stars! I dont think I could say enough good things about this location. This is for the location over by payless and petsmart NOT over by Western College, AVOID THAT LOCATION ITS HORRIBLE STAFF, total night n day moods.

It is much better than Starbucks. They come out to your car and always have great attitudes. Also even if they have a long line they make it quick i highly recommended

Very helpful & polite employees. If order is wrong they will correct it no problem. Had a blended chia tea delicious
