I personally love to look at the banned book section, very interesting books all around. I love that they have a starbucks in the store, tastes great every time!

The staff here is always quick to help and willing to go the extra mile. While looking for a specific book, the attendant recommended one that was very similar, and it did not disappoint.

I love getting new book recommendations, and it rarely comes from an associate while looking for a title. It was a kind gesture and an excellent recommendation.

It seems like B&N is restructuring a bit. I enjoyed going. The set up is better and even noticed some local artist stuff being promoted.

Love the variety of books. They also have a section of discounted books that are just as valuable as the full price!! Grateful that we still have this store in Lacrosse 👍❤️

Took a long time to get help then over paid for a grease covered cold turkey melt in a bag. :( Unfortunate because I really love the atmosphere in the store but will likely not eat there again.

Would be 5 stars but I requested a book and was told there was at least one in stock on the shelves. After a good hour of searching I went back to customer service and was told I needed to wait for them to order one in and they would call when it arrived. I asked why I was told there was one in stock l, her reply was that it was most likely shoplifted therefore inventory thinks its on the shelves

Loved visiting B&N today, in Onalaska, WI. I've only visited a few times since COVID set in, but today I went in ready to spend some time and drop some cash. I picked up some Agatha Christie novels, and also a magic trick set for our granddaughter. It felt very normal. B&N seems to have weathered the COVID storm well - the reading public must be very bold in the support of literature.

Bought two cook books. Pretty reasonable price and looks like easy recipes. One of my favorite book stores.

A wonderful place. Anyone that goes there will know there is something special about it. It is a Beautiful store.
