Prices are a bit high but you can't beat a bookstore. Pretty decent selection of vinyl and an amazing selection of books. My kids love it here which is awesome in the days of technology.

Excellent as ALWAYS, they had plenty to choose from for everything I was looking for, (specifically, Biographies for children/teens. "Who Was" series , and the "Where or What Was" sieries'.")
Store was clean and organized, making book sections easy to find. Best ⁶

Always friendly helpful staff. With great selection music, games and books. Bought last minute gifts. Coffee is always a treat.

Good selection of a wide variety of books. Music on vinyl and CDs. DVDs and blurays. Very tidy and well stocked store. Helpful staff.

Beautiful. Very nice interior. Very well laid out. There is a Starbucks and restrooms right in it. There are seating areas, benches, and tables with chairs to read or whatever. Staff can be friendly and helpful if you ask them otherwise they don't really just offer help. They have a children's section there. Game section. Movies and music.

Always a comfortable atmosphere browsing in this store. I've been in the larger stores, like in MOA in Minneapolis, and the smaller size of this store allows for more attentive service from a genial staff. Seeking your topic of choice is effortless, due to well marked sections. However, just scanning through all the various titles and subjects is a treasure hunt of it's own! Certainly more enjoyable than shopping online.

E-readers and audio books are ok in their own place and time, but to really find a book that grabs your interest, there's nothing like a good brick and mortar book store. B&N has it all, and I can get lost in the aisles for hours before coming out with a special book or more often, bag of them. Fantastic selection, well lit, friendly helpful staff, and lest I forget, a Starbucks inside!

Great Service, but the Mall itself can be a bit hectic and the experience suffers for it. It's basically a necessity to be a member if you want to have a wallet afterwards, but that's just the price of books today, I suppose. The selection of books is fairly well rounded and updated constantly. If you're looking for something, they're sure to have it and happy to help you find it.

Staff was extremely helpful in finding books from a list I had of ones I wanted to get for my granddaughters. Also made sure I got the best deals with coupons. Very professional and courteous. It was a favorite spot of my husband's and I can see why.

Great store, helpful staff, the only thing I wish they had more of was a higher variety of fiction. In store, B&N only had two Clive Barker books, and seemed to have only newer books by semi popular authors. Other than that, exceptional store, I'm glad I'm a member
