Staff is always polite and helpful, always good stuff to pick from, and it's comfortable.... Can't ask much more of a book store

They get more and more expensive every year, but I absolutely love that there is still a place you can buy a REAL book. Great place to bring kids, they have a lot of toys. Great for people of all ages and interests. They have Funko pops and exclusive collectibles too.

They have good stuff but it is always so hard to find what I'm looking for.

Had a latte and cheesecake there. A real treat! Then found a book written by a local author. A fun visit!

Being a writer I always love a barnes and noble had just what I needed

It's a really nice store with a decent layout but it's simply not what it was years ago. There's a whole lot of games and toys which also doesn't make sense for a bookstore. The cafe they have in there is Starbucks now, and Starbucks is not very good, and it's overpriced.

However they do have an excellent selection of books and the staff is very helpful and friendly the store is also quite clean

Since moving to the US, I haven't been book shopping until now, but what a great place! A wide variety of subjects, good selection of books within each subject. The staff were helpful and knew their stuff. One thing I would suggest is more prominent signs for where each section was, you do have to wander around each bookcase to see what is on there. Very happy with my purchases, hopefully I'll be back to buy many many more books!

I love walking around and just seeing what they have in this place. I can always find something new

Nice enough place but there's always a slow queue to pay as they only ever have one person at checkout.

Always a must when at Valley View. Clean and comfortable. Sadly there's usually always a large crowd, but not in a super frustrating way. You may just have a few minute wait in the check out lane. Stock and selection are always great. Prices are what you'd expect for a large popular chain book store.
