Novel Coffee and Teas

It’s disappointing that even after the price increase that the quality of my drink has gone down. The publisher I get here does not even resemble the drink I fell in love with. There’s less flavor, less tapioca and less creamy So I don’t understand why I’m paying MORE now. What’s the point of price increases if quality is not there. And there’s no way you can tell me that the drink has ALWAYS been like this, there’s an obvious difference

I’ve been a customer since the beginning when I would study in the Richland Library. This company is the best because they actually come up with new and authentic flavors. They don’t just mix milk and a torrani flavoring and call it good. Their asthetic is everything. I go here because their drinks and environment are something I cannot duplicate at home. Well done.

I am so glad I decided to try boba again at this location! I have been a couple times before with a friend and didn't really like what I ordered (no one's fault but mine!). But this week I came back and asked the barista what she recommended, and she gave me a delicious blended taro with boba and everything! She even offered to make me something else if I didn't like it- so kind! I came back the next day for the same drink! It is a beautiful little shop and I always find it full of life, and lots of people enjoy sitting and meeting with friends there! 100% recommend this place! Thanks for good service and amazing drinks!

Fun coffee shop with great ambiance. Love their coffee, so smooth. A great variety of other beverages as well as great baked goods and toasts. I think my fave coffee shop in TC.

More like 'Novel Tea and Kind of Coffee'. Coffee is not their main thing there. Mostly their $5 teas. The bagged coffee they sell is already ground so tells you they're not much of a true coffee shop. And they can make an Americano in like 10 seconds which means it's not real espresso. Seating area is cool and it's never busy. Nice folks. Just don't go for coffee.
