Novel Coffee and Teas

Each experience at Novel has been a great one. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambience is divine, and the menu is good! I love that there are always seasonal options included with the regular menu. I have had coffees, teas, and lemonades and I have never been disappointed. I also love their merchandise! It’s our (my and my kids) favorite treat spot!

Truly a relaxing experience. THE best coffee with a soothing vibe. You are transported to a simpler time the moment you enter the door. Consistency is king in coffee and this small business kills it! Hint: The Typewriter iced, you’ll thank me later. The owner’s humbleness will reward them with a successful business for years to come!

Really lovely people. Great service. Honest to god good original Boba tea. I've had some great coffee here in the past and the interior stands out amongst it's competitors. Oh and that book wall? Pretty impressive and quite a cool way to upcycle otherwise increasingly unread books in a digital age.

I had good experiences here in the past and love the aesthetic of the place, but I went in to get a drink and the girl at the front was very stone cold and I felt like she loathed my presence. I just walked out cause I didn’t want to be an inconvenience and left feeling awkward and disappointed. I came on here to check the reviews to see if anyone shared a similar experience and sadly people have. It was my first time seeing that specific employee, any other employee has been great though.

Absolutely love this place, their owners are so nice and their staff has always been friendly. I always get their typewriter coffee drink, it’s my favorite. If you haven’t visited their place it’s a must.

I've visited this coffee shop a few times, maybe I'm not their expected clientele, but the only time somebody was friendly was my very first time there. Every other time I've been there, whoever is working always seems unwelcoming and never smiling or being friendly. I feel like I'm bothering them by bringing by my business, which sucks because I do enjoy their drinks.. so 3 stars because I like the product, -2 stars for the customer service.

Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops! Great place to enjoy an amazing cup of coffee or tea or Boba, I love trying something different every time and they NEVER dissapoint. I also love all their food and dessert options- so yummy! It is so beautiful inside and they have the best customer service!

Yummy drinks from teas, Boba lemonade, to hot or iced coffees. Great atmosphere with a few good finger food options.

Amazing coffee!! I keep coming back for their amazing espresso <3 I’m only docking a star because each time I come in, the baristas aren’t very friendly towards people & it kind of feels like I’m bothering them by placing my order. Other than that, the coffee 5 stars! The vibe of the place, 5 stars!

My favorite coffee spot for a meet go with friends. It’s such a unique and calm space. Busy on weekends fyi and getting busy during the week as well lately but the coffee is worth the crowd in my opinion. They offer boba for those who don’t love coffee as much as I do. Everything everyone has tried while with me has been fabulous from iced tea to lovely lattes. The kind of place you hate to rate even though they deserve it because you want to keep it to yourself for as long as possible. It will inevitably become so successful given they do what they do so well.
