Novel Coffee and Teas

First time I’ve been in here and it was very disappointing. It looks cool inside and everything but the service was not good at all, one girl said hi to me when I walked in and then I stood there for a few mins waiting and looking at the menu and the other girl walks up to the counter and just stares at me doesn’t say anything, no smile no nothing kinda felt like she was really irritated she had to take my order and then on top of that I get my drink and it taste like watered down milk.. no flavor no sweetnesss it was not good at all.. I don’t think I will come back here

There passionfruit bubble tea is good. Heard there coffee is great. Ill have to try it next. The macaroons was my least favorite. They where super sweet and no flavor.

I always come to Novel when I'm feeling down or sad and need a recharge. I love their coffee, toast, and gentle atmosphere. A real treat for my soul.

Excellent warm service. Delicious refreshments!!! I got the taro boba tea with me partner and delicious Thai tea macarons. Absolutely superb. Will continue giving these lovely people my business. Thank you Novel coffee and teas!!

Love the boba here for sure but today we were told not to ask for tapioca before 11 o’clock so just a heads up for y’all too, incase you want tapioca in your boba… before 11 a.m. 😂👍🏽

The cafe is the cutest, very aesthetically pleasing. Best BOBBA in town by far !

Very quaint place. Comfy seating far enough from others for decent private conversation. I ordered The Author and my wife ordered blended mocha, both were very delicious. The people there are incredibly friendly and efficient. Locally owned so go there!!!

This is a cute coffee shop with plenty of seating. They're almost strictly coffee and tea with limited pastry/food options. Luckily there's plenty of food options available in the area. This place is right next to the park and the art gallery so it's an easy place to get to if you're wanting to take your kids out or go on a fun date. I definitely recommend getting your caffeine fix here. My only recommendation for the owners is to add some smoothie options, especially for the summer months.
