Novel Coffee and Teas

The environment that this place provides is aesthetically pleasing. Great hang out spot and great taste of music. Staff is always very courteous and friendly, However, the drinks could use some major help. This is my 3rd time coming here and ordering different things to try them out and give them another chance. Drinks lack flavor at time and or have too much flavor. The order never really is precisely as what you really ordered. I have watched people come back a few minutes later after they get their drinks for a remake and or to add more flavor to make it taste like a coffee or tea, and even then, the flavor is just not quite right. Again, this is just based on my observations and have sat and watched a few people go back in a second time to get their drink modified again. But besides their drinks, the aesthetic place is great to study or chill with your friends.

The Blank Page coffee with French vanilla and brown sugar cinnamon is really good, and I love that there's a large mug available for drinking in person that isn't one of those super wide mouth mega "tea cups" which I find uncomfortable to drink out of if large. ☕

Very cozy but not sleepy, tons to look at with the great decor. Quite busy even on a drizzly Friday afternoon, showing how popular it is.

6 tables for working at/eating, 3 lounge chairs, and 3 sofas. Very nice.

Novel is the best place to go for coffee or teas, and they have great options for small and quick breakfast items. Love the atmosphere and the attention to details! Perfect spot to hang out with a friend or relax and read ☺️

I really like the decor of Novel and the overall atmosphere. This place is kinda expensive... I just don't see how 2, 20oz coffees and some toast with toppings comes out to $35.

Best coffee shop I've tried in the area so far!! Amazing flavor and perfect sweetness level for me. Not too sweet, and can still taste the strong coffee. I got the typewriter! 10/10 recommend!! Also probably the cutest little shop ever!

I love this place! There’s fun new drinks, I usually go for 1/2 - 3/4 of sweetness and it’s perfect for me. Staff are really kind and field all my espresso fun questions... I’m super picky and usually make my own lattes at home so having flavors and spices like they do is really good. I love the theme and decorations. A tropical bowl is a nice treat for me. 10 ⭐️ s!

My wife and I love Novel! It’s the coziest coffee shop in the Tri-Cities. Not to mention the awesome unique drinks. I’m always excited to try a different drink every time I go there. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good spot to hangout and drink some amazingly made coffee.

What a great new little treat we have here in our town. They don't have a huge menu but that's okay their drinks are really good. They can customize things. Check out their wall of books it's really cool and their bathroom has a really cool wallpaper in it. This is a place you can go get yourself a cold drink or even hot and sit and relax read a book do nothing.

Novel has delicious coffee and original drinks, as well as pastries from Ethos. My favorite is the Scriptwriter, with 3 extra shots of espresso. Perfect! Avacado toast on Ethos fresh made toast is excellent. The decor and atmosphere are very eclectic. The employees are friendly and warm. I take friends and visiting family there, and it becomes their favorite as well!
