Novel Coffee and Teas

I've only been here three times. The staff has been incredibly friendly. The drinks were ok, but I have yet to receive what I ordered. The length of the wait to order and then the wait for the preparation, it's not worth the time to have it corrected. The drinks are on par with any other instant drink mix.

Literally the best coffee and boba tea in Tri Cities. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. Plus there's plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy it all.

Novel was awesome when this location first opened. I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve had issues with every order over the past few months. It happens so often I have to ask myself if I’m just ordering wrong every time.

Love the people and the space. I usually let them choose what I'm drinking, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Ordered 2 boba teas. They both tasted like not so great protein shakes. Not sure if this is normal since this is the first time I've ordered from there? Not sure I will go back again.

Honestly my favorite cup of coffee in the Tri-Cities. Excellent service, amazing drinks, and a gorgeous atmosphere. I like their coffee better than Roasters! Will be telling all my friends about this place!

Coffee is tasty, love their cups and "low waste" lids. Haven't had their Boba tea yet, but will next visit. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area.
