I've been visiting this location for over ten years now and it really is a good shop. Service is great, the coffee is outstanding and it doesn't feel like a generic coffee shop clone. It has a unique personality.

Pleasantly surprised by this corner cafe. The coffee is wonderful. Prices are very fair. It was busy when I arrived and they were still prompt and very courteous. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure.

I had an early morning and got hungry so I decided to stop by this popular spot in Federal Way. You order at the counter here then sit down with a number as the kitchen brings it out to you. I got the Eggs Neptune which is basically an eggs benedict with salmon.

The food came out pretty quickly and the eggs were cooked just right. I enjoyed the dish, but would have preferred the salmon smoked as it was a little overcooked. I had to douse it in hollandaise to get some moisture back into it. Next time, I'll have to go with a much simpler dish.

Most terrible server. She spilled syrup all over our table including in my egg nog latte. Most terrible eggs benedict. Had the audacity to serve with a broken hollandaise sauce. Most terrible experience of finding a hair on my plate while server was still standing there. Sent everything back. And to make it worse, this occurred on Veterans Day. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! Wish I could give half a star.

Great little out-of-the-way place. Good for private conversations, business meetings. Good food and drinks in Cafe Style. Some outdoor seating with shade for those wonderful summer days.

I have not been to the actual location, but order their coffee online. Super good! And for the price, it is such a great buy. Will continue to be a long distance customer!

Was very busy when we went. Good coffee and food. Nice staff. They operate like a Starbucks where you have to order your meal and coffee at their counter and they’ll call you when it’s ready.

Looks cozy enough, but food was mediocre at best. Hollondaise on eggs benedict was oily and too salty. Hash browns were good. Coffee was watery and had no flavor (and they are "known" for their locally roasted coffee. Staff was friendly, but the whole decor and vibe of the place was just....wierd. Won't be going back.

Horrible experience today, went for lunch and had to return our food because we were served our soup from the microwave and it wasn't even close to a servable safe temperature, it looked as if it was slopped into a coffee mug with lip stains on the rim. We ordered coffees, 2 different, and the barista couldn't remember which was which. The sandwiches were suppose to be warm and were served with cold meat inside. The facility was dirty with food on the carpet and the tables hadn't been bused. Some of these are basic health regulations. Not sure what happened to the place because this wasn't our first time, but it will be the last!

The place is cramped, the staff aren't friendly, while standing in line twaiting and order you're gonna be in at least 10 people's way. Coffee pick up bar, the small hall into the dinning. God forbid your guest sit while you order, staff will give you dirty looks. Not a friendly experience.
