everything is made from scratch, and is beautiful plus super tasty. Probably the best pecan pie bar I've ever had (sorry grandma). the macaroni and cheese casserole I got from their freezer to bake at home is so good that it got me to stop mid-bite and write this review. You should go there now & eat well 😊

Biscuits and gravy was extremely good... Thank you

First and foremost this bakery is gluten-free, so don't expect yeasty light cinnamon roles. Second, they open at 9AM--what bakery is not open in the morning so you can get your breakfast fix. And finally, the person serving us at 9AM seemed pretty upset to be having to help someone at that "ungodly hour". We tried several items, including some cookies and various pastries. They all looked delicious, but sadly none was above average

Friendly service with fair portions and coffee. I had the pigs in a blanket (pancake with sausage/eggs) for breakfast and it was delicious. There are a ton of gluten-free options and there's even outdoor seating for warmer days. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service and delicious pumpkin cranberry loaf and apple fritters!

This place is an absolute gem! Nothing here tastes gluten free. The textures are perfect and the flavors will blow your blind. They have something for everyone, whether you're into sweet or savory. If it looks good, try it. The pie crust here is the best I have ever tasted. If you like donut holes you have to try the Duffins. And the bacon cheddar jalapeno pinwheel is my favorite thing when I'm late for work and need a quick breakfast. If you're not local it is absolutely worth the drive out here to try some of the best gluten free baking you will ever taste!

I love this place! When we began to consider a move to Concrete, I started looking up gluten-free options, as I was diagnosed with celiac disease several years ago. To my surprise, 5b's came up. Since then, we have visited a few dozen times. We are always greeted by friendly people, and have enjoyed many meals, treats, cups of coffee, and conversations! It has made our move SO MUCH easier! Great vibes all around. My advice is to get there before 3:30, so you can order yummy dishes off the lunch menu. The kitchen closes around then...

One of the best gluten free bakeries I’ve been to. The sour dough bread and hand pies are amazing. They even have profiteroles!

Definitely worth the drive. The scenery in the area is amazing as is the selection of food at 5b's. If you love great food that is not overly processed and full of flavor this the place. With such a wide variety of items your sure to find something you will love.
