We come here often and always enjoy the atmosphere as well as the gluten free treats. Love the coffee as well!

Food is excellent. Customer service is lacking. I placed a special order for Thanksgiving pies for my gluten free mother. Drove 25 miles to pick them up and arrived to find that, they forgot my order. Actually, one gal even went as far to tell me i never even placed it… what?!? With my morning wasted, no pies for my mom, drove home hoping they would call to at-least acknowledge there screw up. NOPE.

I really hate to give a low star rating because we've been here a few years ago and the baked goods were wonderful.

We decided to make a trip to Concrete for breakfast and desert for later. The muffins were not fresh. The only thing that tasted decent was the frosting. As we ate the cupcakes they were falling apart...not fresh soft crumbs but hard and dry. I was disappointed at how dry and stale the cupcakes were. Not sure we'll make another special trip to the bakery.

Cute Bakery with a great variety of delicious treats. Their Latte and Coffeed are amazing,! So glad we stopped in Concrete for a treat on our Sunday Drive!

Great selection of tasty gluten free treats with a full menu and espresso. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great stop coming up or down from the mountains! Service was a little strange, hard to describe but there was a palpable tension between staff members... maybe just a bad day? Still recommend for the food.

Clean, crafty, and great tasting! Wish I could eat more!

This bakery is Gluten free and everything tastes amazing. They have a huge selection of items. The also have a juice bar with a selection of freshly squeezed orange, carrot, beet and other juices. Their Chai tea is homemade and their Hot chocolate is real. Best place even if you are not gluten free.

Rare treat in a unexpected place. To find an all gluten-free bakery is rare enough. To find one with delicious goodies in abundance AND great coffee, friendly staff and owners and wonderful decor and character is a real treat. Even if you don’t care about gluten free eating, the food is so good it won’t matter. The pot pies were amazing. We had the beef and curry flavors and also some baked goods. We’ll be back!

So I did a delivery to these folks yesterday and was asking about bread because I've recently decided to go reasonably gluten free. I have tried many different makers and they've all been, shall I say "blah" at best, "horrible" at worse.

They generally share many characteristics that I dont like. Their super dense, to the point that when your chewing the dough it actually packs into and gums up your teeth, but the worse thing is how they impact the taste. It doesnt matter whats on it, it always renders the taste moot. I could put tons of mustard on a corned beef sandwich and I'll barely taste the filling.

So back to the delivery, as I'm telling Em how I've given up sandwiches she says she'll give me a loaf to take home and try. So I finish up and she let's me pick out a loaf after asking me what I want it for and suggesting some different types. I chose Rosemary and walnut.

Que to today and I decide to make a sandwich with my new 3'bs bread. First thing of note is its not dense and compact like banana bread, so I'm already pretty happy. Throw on Ham, Cheddar and a little Guacamole, and sit down. Now I never get to excited when trying a new gluten free bread so as not to be disappointed when it comes out tasting like all the others.

OMG! I can taste everything and it's not gumming up my teeth and I'm not trying to swallow a thick ball of bread. I was half expecting to taste a whole lot of Rosemary, but that wasn't the case at all. It's definitely there and that's OK because I like rosemary, but even tasting that I can still taste everything on my sandwich. I can't tell you how excited I am that I can once again have Sammy's. I should have known because I often get a bakery item when I deliver here and they've always been quite good.

Thanks Em for giving me that loaf of bread and allowing me the ability to eat sandwiches again. I now know where to get gluten free bread and will forever be a lover of your bakery.

Amazing bakery hidden away in a small town. I loved the way the inside is decorated including the bathroom. The cinnamon roll was almost cake like and delicious. I had the veggie hash which came with a slice of seed bread they called wonder bread. My friend had the sunrise plate. Everything was delicious.
