This place was even better than I expected. Being gluten free or is not easy dining out. Was not able to sample too much in one visit, but what we had was great! Bought a few item to bring home. They have a great variety of premade take home dishes, breads, and treats. Worth the time to stop in even if your not gluten free. We will be back.

Beautiful place, and beautiful food! It tastes absolutely amazing and the coffee is always perfect and the service is always so sweet and caring and meets everyone’s needs. The portions are just the perfect size! Everything is is organic and gluten free💙 I am very very happy about this place and will DEFINITELY be coming there again!!!

The breakfast sandwich got warmed in the microwave which meant it wasn’t very warm. The latte I received was a bit heavy on the foam. Great selection of pastries available and a cute diner vibe inside.

One of the best places in Skagit Valley, everything I’ve had on the menu if delicious. All the baked goods are unbelievable. The staff and owners are some of the nicest people. If your a local go often. If you just driving and exploring, definitely stop!!

This is such a delightful place. I have been there many times and each time I get astonishing customer service and food. This bakery has truly mastered gluten free. The food is always fresh and the taste is out if this world. They have breakfast and lunch options. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the grilled ham and cheese for lunch. They also have breads, pizza crusts, and other baked goods for sale. I am blown away that food this good is gluten free.

This place is awesome. A modern styled, but warm and outdoorsy bakery with fresh sandwiches, high quality baked goods and very good coffee. Prices are reasonable, and quantities are as well.
This is not a dirt cheap, massive baked goods kind of place, but is a reasonably priced, high quality place. They have some outdoor seating, which wasn't being used during our visit due to rain, and a decent sized interior space. The crowd inside was a good mix of locals and outdoor tourists, and had a nice friendly social feeling.
Credit and debit cards are accepted, and they have a full espresso setup for fruffy (fancy?) Drinks. Lastly, the place is a very short distance off of the highway and is very easy to duck into for a quick grab and go.

A total gem! Don't miss out on this adorable bakery! This little bakery boasts a robust menu of sweet and savory items, all made in-house. It's also gluten-free! The decor is cheery and the service is prompt and friendly. Whether you're a local or just passing through, you'll definitely want to try this place out.

Great little bakery in a neat town that would be too easy to drive by if you weren't paying attention. The soup was fantastic and the cookies and baked goods were pretty good; a little on the dry side but I think they were gluten free and I don't think I have ever had a gluten free baked good that wasn't dry. All in all its worth the stop if you are driving through Concrete and I would not hesitate to visit again.

Omg, an entire bakery that is gluten free and superb!!! We walked into this incredible bakery and were pleasantly overcome with the smell of incredible food. I'm used to having only a few gluten choices so I asked, what here is gluten free. She said, "the entire bakery is gluten free. The owner has spent years perfecting her food and uses a blend of 17 different flours." Needless to say, I was in heaven and everything WAS EXCELLENT!!!

Cafes in small towns can be hit or miss, but 5b's could hold its own in any big city. I've had many outstanding meals there. If I had one criticism it's that I find their rolls a bit too sweet, but there are plenty of delicious savory items on offer to balance that out. Even if you don't care about gluten free (I don't) this is a worthwhile stop when you are in the area.
