One of the best stops along the cascades highway hands down, especially if into gluten free availability. The number of options for food and drinks is pretty incredible

Great coffee! Love the handpies! An amazing selection of baked goods and sandwiches. So hard to choose! Ice cream and shakes available, too.

I'm celiac so I was excited to try this place. The food was delicious. We tried the tamale pie and sausage calzone for lunch. I couldn't choose which was better. We got the cinnamon bun and a cupcake to go and both were so good! My husband couldn't tell the difference between these and a non-GF dessert. The staff were helpful and friendly. The service was quick. Can't wait to go back.

You get what you pay for it was delicious for my birthday and they even had dog treats that you could give your puppies or your dog

So happy to find a celiac safe 100% gluten free restaurant. The lasagna is my favorite, but it's all absolutely amazing.

Lovely bakery near the North Cascades. The cinnamon rolls and cheesecake are excellent!

5bs is a true gem. Was so happy to be able to eat a lunch with a friend who can't have gluten. Highly recommend the panini!

This shop is so cute & has incredible food! I would’ve posted a shot of the cinnamon roll but we ate it too fast - the best I’ve ever had! Thank you for putting food in our bellies before our camping trip!

Took my friend who is part of the LGBT community here while we visited. Loved it. We'd been a little unsure Concrete was safe due to all the Trump aesthetics in other restaurants, but the Pride flag hung outside of the bakery seemed inviting. Warm pastries and delicious coffee greeted us. They have good seating and wifi. Will be back

Adorable, completely unexpected bakery in Concrete. Lots of options for sweets (ice cream, milkshakes, cupcakes), baked goods (including gluten free), light fare (breakfast and sandwich options), and coffee, all served in a charming venue with friendly staff. A must stop - you will not be sorry you turned off Route 20.
