Crucible Coffee Roasters

I got the specialty Dreamsicle drink with oat milk, and wow, it is by far one of the best coffees I have ever tried. My mom and I stop at local cafes everywhere we go, and we’ve been to 6 or more on our 5 day road trip. This place is easily #1. The staff is super nice and thoughtful. They brought everyone in the coffee shop glasses of water. :)
btw they have such cool t shirts that I had to have one!

Had a perfect iced red eye - cold brew with a shot of espresso - with an incredible crema on the espresso. The barista and cashier were both lovely and helpful. Great open space with a large garage door and outdoor seating, tucked away in a nice corner of town. Staunton was all around a very quaint.

Our favorite coffee shop to stop at on our trips through town. Great tea and coffee, and some nice trails to walk nearby.

Very cool little coffee spot just a step outside of downtown. Has the trendy coffee shop feel. The coffee appears to be roasted on sight, with a viewing window into the workroom from the customer area. The food and coffee were great. Small selection of baked goods but the quality was superb. If you prefer hip atmosphere and high quality, this is your spot.

Crucible is without a doubt the best coffee in Staunton with both single origins and blends on the menu, all roasted on-site. They have the standard specialty coffee mainstays, including kalita pour overs, as well as more some crowd-pleasing seasonal specials like the creamsicle latte. They have non-dairy milks and at least one vegan snack option. The interior of the cafe is stylish and comfortable, offering plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, wifi, and clean bathrooms.

Good aesthetic. Love the garage door window that can open! Could have used some more seating.

Great local roasters! Tasty seasonal creations are always my favorites, and the staff is great.

The cup lids weren't great and my coffee was dripping out the side. More annoyance but if you are trying to be bougie, get good cups and lids. Just saying. Edit: also, why are we still wearing masks? Seriously. Just stop with the virtue signaling.

Tasty coffee. I got a honey& lavender latte and it was delicious! The environment is very inviting!
