It was very busy but the service still went fairly quickly.

The avocado, feta, and nuts bagel is delicious and gratifying but some of their dishes have issues. Wife had a bagel with barely cooked bacon and my jalapeno and pineapple was scarce on the cream cheese. I had high hopes as they are near where we live...but they are no bodo's. Perhaps they will get better as time passes...

Bagel sandwiches were amazing, staff was friendly, coffee/espresso were awful. I ended up throwing half my drink away bc it was undrinkable, so did the person I was with. Go there for amazing bagels but just skip the coffee.

The bagels and coffee tasted fresh but the hot chocolate tasted a little off. All of the staff were super friendly. The entire place has a clean and inviting feel. The wait for food was a little long but understandable as they just opened. The prices are a little higher than I expected but not outrageous.

As a mom, the drive-thru feature is so clutch! It’s my favorite spot to grab a quick coffee, and their lox bagel is to die for. Beautiful, modern building and decor with really calming water views! Definitely recommend if you’re on your way to/from Charlottesville!

Visiting from out of town, the drive through was super convenient and unexpected for a small Indy shop like this. I had the Beaut Brekky (sausage egg &cheese plain bagel). The flavor was fine. The egg seemed like the prefab they use at Dunkin, but whatever. A fresh egg was expected.
The large iced coffee was delicious, but the “large” was the size of a small at most places. It was gone before I knew it, and I was left wanting more. Much more.
The orange juice was bottled, and only 10 ounces. At what seemed like an artisan kind of place, I was hoping for fresh squeezed. Even Tropicana poured into in a large cup would have been preferred to this tiny bottle. The brand, Apple and Eve, had a flavor I couldn’t quite pin down. It was like OJ with a hint of Liquid Smoke. I definitely wouldn’t buy it in a market.
As for the bagel itself; well, I’m not sure if these Aussies have actually been to New York, or if they’re hoping their customers haven’t, but these bagels are NOT New York style. They’re more similar to Pepperidge Farm bagels you get in the bread aisle at Food Lion. The signature NY hard shell and chewy inside are absent. The slightly sour essence isn’t there at all. I’m not positive, but I would guess there’s no boiling before baking. If they do boil, they’re missing something. Basically, the bagel was more similar to plain round bread.
In all, the flavors are fine, but nothing special. The details that really matter are absent. And since the bagel sandwich was only about $3.50, that means the tiny iced coffee and tiny bottle of OJ were $10. A little steep for what you get.

Amazing bagels and coffee. Great selection of cream cheese flavors. Sometimes they don't do modifications you ask for but overall great!

A cute bagel and coffee shop. I got the NY Lox on an everything bagel; it was delicious. The house made sodas were a hit with my family. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ducks on the lake.

The selection of bagel sandwiches was amazing, and the quality of the food was stellar. I ordered the Rueben, and my wife ordered the Lox, and both of our sandwiches were delicious, quickly delivered, with kind and courteous staff.

Murphy's makes their own bagels, and it shows in the taste. This place is a treat. If you really don't want lox and cream cheese, try the avocado and pistachio nuts on an everything bagel.
Beware, however, they close at 4:00 PM
