Delicious coffee, meh matcha latte. I'd suggest running the matcha through a sieve before whisking with bamboo brush and perhaps springing for a better quality matcha (it appeared to be culinary grade vs ceremonial grade)

But who am I to dog a coffee house on their matcha? Their coffee was delicious and well leaded.

This is honestly my new favorite coffee shop, the coffee isnt expensive and it's got a nice environment, it's quiet and the coffee is better than dunkin.

Listen the coffee is superb but let's talk about the carrot cake. It is moist, well balanced, and delectable. Deliciousness in every bite, from the creamy frosting to the bits of carrot. Anyone who has a Jones for carrot cake, this is your spot. Get it while you can because I only see one them carrying one at a time. If anyone knows where they get it from let me know!!

I've been going here for about two years now. Some of the most delicious lattes I've had the pleasure of spending $9 on. The employee turnover rate is incredible. There's multiple new people each time I come. Sometimes my drink is weak, or it's not sweet. This time. This time there's a horrible aftertaste. Almost like meat?!i?:( I don't get flavoring because I adore the taste of plain coffee. I won't be back till the dude in the suit and the baristas that made my drink with urgent care are back.

It was a to go order. I don't have time to circle back and give the same person a chance to leave another horrid taste in my mouth. All criticism is constructive. Stop focusing on constructing and expanding and focus on perfecting each drop you produce, like how it used to be. Maybe, give your baristas a raise so someone other than a college kid can work there.

Had to drop off our puppy for a vet visit but still needed to work. We found this great little coffee shop with a quiet alley way set up for what we needed. Coffee was great and the customer service was superb!

Great coffee shop as well as a very inviting place to do some work with WiFi. Also has a nice outdoor area and some breakfast options like breakfast burritos or sandwiches on biscuits or NY bagels. Which leads me to an attempt on how to discuss the bagel… I love that they brought an NYC bagel to Richmond. I have yet to find an amazing bagel outside of NY but theirs is good. But I must also note, this would be “perfectly fine” in NY but not the best. I fully realize this is a weird way of giving a compliment (but if you advertise NY bagel I’m gonna hold you to NY standards). I’ll return so I can try the home made biscuit sandwich too.

This place is probably the best coffee in Richmond. It’s very clean and the staff are very attentive and nice. It’s in an old firehouse so very trendy location. It’s a little pricey but it’s totally worth it in my opinion.
