Bagel was good, wait for it when it was hardly busy, not so good

Used to be an amazing place. Man, this place has went downhill substantially in the last couple of years. Incredibly slow, even if you are first in line and just getting a toasted bagel. Cashiers are quite unpleasant at this location, unlike the other two locations. Avoid here if you don't want to wait at least 10 minutes, even with students being gone. Wish there were other options in town for bagels.

Never ever I had food delivered or picked up by me with exact ingredients I asked for. Looks like the managers like to add extra stuff on sandwiches and charge people more without caring if costumers have an allergy or not. Save your money and look for other places to get your breakfast which is bunch in the area and definitely better quality.

There were 2 pieces of (home fries) on my platter. Seriously?!
The tomatoes are supposed to be inside the omlette, they were all out. The omlette was messy and I had no utensils so I had to eat with my hands. I'm never coming back.

I'm from NY where we have the best bagels around and I was pleasantly surprised by how good these bagels were! I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was really, really good! Super friendly service and I got my order pretty fast considering there was a number of people ordering food. Cute place too!

I give it 3 stars for no reg. creamer, problem w the soda machine, no toilet paper, dirty windows, etc. I know it's a popular place and I ain't knocking the food or the crew working. It's 2022 and everyone's short staffed, I get it. But as a first time visitor, I wasn't "wowed"...

When we got there, the line was out the front door. Got a bagel sandwich, and a bagel w cream cheese. The cream cheese was great, but the sandwich was a little lack luster. They did move through the line rather quickly. Not bad, but not impressed.

Always delicious and quick even when the line reaches the door. Their bagels are so soft and full of flavor. Fav combo is bacon, egg,, and cheese on Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese - so good! I come back on my trips to Harrisonburg from Richmond - it's a must!

While I’m not a regular to this location (I have been maybe 4 times in the past 6 months) but I have always had less then stellar service at the location. I went in today (9-19-21) at 8am. I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches. 15 minutes later nothing, I went to the service window and she said she would have them do the order again, 15 minutes later and still nothing. Well that’s that. I got my money back and as a local patron, I won’t go back to this location. It seems everyone was just running around in the back but nothing was getting done. There were quite a few people you could hear grumble at the wait.
