They were out of hollandaise which was a shame, but the biscuits and gravy was a good substitution. The corned beef hash was really good. The monkey bread starter was a nice treat! Staff were pleasant and accommodating! Great breakfast!

We came here for a quick lunch while visiting Vermont. Nothing stood out as over-the-top outstanding, but I was happy with my meal and the service was friendly.

I went with the highly recommended macaroni and cheese - as did the rest of my family, and we all enjoyed it. It consisted of creamy gruyere, cheddar, and American cheeses baked with a crispy crumb topping. I don't usually order macaroni and cheese when I'm out, but I'm glad I did in this case. They've got a good sized menu with lots of comfort food and something for everyone. It seemed like a lot of the other diners were regulars, which says something about the restaurant for sure. Definitely a good spot for an enjoyable lunch.

Nice decor and great service. Had the fish & chips plate. Just my 4th time going there in 6+ yrs bc each time there is always something really off with the food. I probably will not go there again for a long time..like after i forget again my previous experiences. I wouldn't recommend unless you like rather bland taste and overpaying for it.

Walter was very kind and helpful. The food was cooked well and tasted delicious. It is too bad we are from MA, we would come all the time. This is definitely a place that is written down to come back again on our next hike adventure.

Great home-style cooking with yummy desserts. Friendly service and reasonable prices. The place is popular so expect a bit of a wait. Open at 6 am but we ate lunch so I did not see the breakfast menu.

Great local restaurant with a wonderful selection of food. The Turkey is fresh and has all the trimmings. The service is good and the deserts are homemade. Our dinners or lunches there are always fabulous.

A nice, casual place with very friendly service. Diner-style menu with a tinge of Vermont country (like a chicken maple BLT). Convenient location if you're making your way up or down the Route 7 corridor. Good value for the money.

Great waitress. Tasty food. Was a little slow today, but they had a group of 20 and another of 30 come in right before us. Kudos to them, they let us know up front in case we didnt want to stay!

The food here is terrible. Half of my fries were undercooked and the other half burned. Nothing had any flavor. We ate breakfast and, with ordering just a regular combo each (eggs, bacon, and some juice), payed over $30 for 2 people. Waitress was clueless and slow. Stay away from this place if you can!

Delicious food! Superb veggie omelet, hash browns, and honey oat homemade bread. Prompt and friendly service.
