Not what I was hoping for. We went here as we frequent Spanish Fork and have had good experiences with Black Rifle coffee at home. First nobody greeted us upon arrival, after sitting there for serval minutes with no acknowledgement, we said hello as to see if anyone was there. We were responded with a short I’ll be with you in a minute. Even when pulling up to the window still no greeting just shortness. We ordered a nitro cold brew that was beyond bitter. None of the normal creamy and smooth flavor other coffee shops seem to have down. Also the head seemed off so maybe it was just made incorrectly or their machine wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately I can’t recommend and will probably be going else where if in Spanish Fork.

Good coffee served in faulty cups. I've been to this location twice since they have opened, which was not long ago. The coffee is great, however they have quality control issues with their cups that they need to fix, or they'll lose my business forever.
The first purchase I made here, my coffee was double cupped, along with a coffee collar. This doesn't seem like a big deal on the surface, just an oversight by the barista, until it happens again with my next order, and the reason becomes apparent. This morning I purchased a medium coffee from the Spanish Fork location. The staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints with them. However, once again my coffee was double cupped, with a collar. If this is how they serve coffee, no big deal, I thought to myself. I put the coffee in my cup holder and drove to fill up my car with gas at the station in the same parking lot. In the time that it took to buy the coffee, fill up my car with gas, and get on the freeway, both cups were soggy and leaking coffee into my cup holder. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I tried taking my first sip. The coffee spilled down the front of my shirt and was nearly an inch deep in my cupholder.
I've attempted to call the location twice and used the company's "chat" feature on their website to make them aware of this situation, but no one will pick up the phone, and their "chat" feature is a useless bot.
Their coffee is amazing, but beware if you receive your order in a double cup. The likelihood that your cup will fail seems high.
BRCC, I hope you address this QA issue with your suppliers and return the faulty product, instead of ignoring the issue by doubling up on cups on each order. Those who buy their coffee and drive to their place of work, shouldn't have to worry about arriving with a coffee stained shirt.

I stopped by on a rainy morning, and the barista greeted me through the speaker with a friendly voice, which I appreciated. As I pulled around, the person in front of me accidentally dropped their credit card in the gap between the window and their vehicle. Without missing a beat, one of the baristas climbed through the window, retrieved the card from under the vehicle and climbed back in, and did so with a smile. When my turn came, the baristas were still giggling at their spontaneity and were very friendly with me and my dogs. On top of all of this, the teas I ordered were very well made. Overall, a delightful experience.

Espresso tastes like it being pulled right but something about my order has tasted moldy the past few times. I get a Americano with oatmilk and vanilla. Maybe wanna check those out.

we been here 3 different times, and the coffee was horrid! my frozen blended carmel tasted like flower not even a hint of coffee! dads coffee was sour! they are more focused on their brand and apparel than even hiring educated baristas that know how to make any drink at all! this place should have been a try once and done but we gave then three different trys! i swear never again will i be back to get burned by a garbage cup of coffee!!!!

In short, it was okay.
The customer service was good. As the people running the front were inviting. The lobby had fun decor, and was kept quite clean.
However the espresso was *very* sour, almost nipping at my tongue. I want to assume the people there were greenhorns, and that their technique will improve.
I won't be waiting with bated breath for that to happen, though perhaps I'll give them another shot. But I'm sure a blue moon will have passed me by before that time comes.

Disappointed is the best word to use. I decided to give this place a try cause it's new. I got the vanilla draft latte and it's going directly in the trash I tried it on my way home and it isn't drinkable. I can't taste any coffee wayyyyy to much syrup and it just doesn't look like any draft latte I've ever had. My husband got a latte and it tastes like warmed milk perhaps it's a single shot and not a double even though it's a medium which NEVER should be the case for the ounces. Also, the crossaint was not a crossaint at all it's a crossaint bun..croissants have laminated dough and this does not. Money down the drain..I wish I wasn't having to write this I wanted it to be good. But I am a coffee person and this was a let down.

After a long night of hiking around the mountains in NOD’s, my friends and I came into BRCC. Not only do they make sure you’re awake by screaming “welcome” as soon as the door opens. Their coffee is going to give you the kick in the balls you need to start your day.

This coffee place has Really good coffee and food, way higher than my expectations were, and was worth the 10$ i spent on 2 items. It could've been a lower price but I under that inflation is hitting hard.
