Awesome coffee and fast, friendly service! However, I have a small issue with being asked for a tip at the drive thru window. Unless there's a glaring issue I almost always leave a tip and it's based on merit. Being asked for one is a bit off-putting. Other than that, it's great to have a BRCC in the area! Highly recommended!

Great brand. Great product. Espresso based drink was well done. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's hard to walk out without picking up one or two items from their great mech. Cool place, we are going back.

In terms of a cafe, the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I've tried black coffee with cream, latte, iced coffee, and blended coffee and I didn't enjoy any of them enough to justify not just making coffee at home. The flavor was quite muted and just didn't have enough kick when it needed it or sweetness in a latte or blended drink.

In terms of the store itself, it is redeemed by what it represents. I can't rightfully give something a low rating that has good core values.
The beans you can purchase within the store are nice and the merchandise is fun. Ultimately, I think the most value you can get here is buying a simple black coffee or just beans to make it yourself.

Great coffee, drive thru experience is always horrible. Stuck up people and overall experience was a 0 star. The girl was super rude when she couldn't hear me, she yelled speak up in a very condescending tone.
