The best spot in SLC for coffee its def a hidden gem. I highly recommend the lavender dirty chai latte. SOO GOOD!

Traveled from out of state. Saw this coffee shop had great reviews and wanted to try it. Very visually appealing - cool spot down stairs but that’s the only positive. Coffee was far below average and the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was taken here for the first time this morning {03•26•22} and I was completely amazed! The atmosphere was amazing, the two employees I interacted with were both very friendly and the drinks were absolutely amazing!

I never leave reviews but felt like this was worth sharing. I did go at 9am so not sure if I was just too early (they open at 8) and that is why everything was so bad or if it’s always like this. The coffee and food is really expensive (not really the biggest issue but worth pointing out). They tasted fine but nothing worth going back for. However the bad part was the service, music and internet. I waited at the counter 5 minutes before anyone greeted me after calling to the back. I then waited another 10 min to receive a plain toasted bagel ( I was the only one there so not like they had other orders). The music was obnoxiously loud and not appropriate for work. It was like I was in a 2000s club. I was so embarrassed every time I had to join a zoom meeting. I tested the internet while I was there and it was literally .1 mbps so I had to use my hotspot. I left as soon as my meeting was over and will definitely not be back.

Just visited the Park City location for the first time. I’m relatively new to the coffee enthusiast game, but the iced vanilla latte I just had was one of the great coffee drinks of my life (I went superlative, bam!). The vibe is easygoing and genuine, and the baristas are very friendly and engaging. Next time you’re in the area, skip the corporate BS and become a Cupla fan.

Serviceable espresso. Extremely personable and gregarious staff. Clever little vessel to take my caffeine levels up a notch. Many thanks to the ladies who fire the engines of this hidden gem! My encouragement to those who continue to engage and build their skills.

Strange location but okay setting. For a coffee establishment, I was disappointed to learn that the drip coffee was 2 hours old. When I passed on it the clerk didn’t think anything of it, or to brew a fresh tank.

The “gooey” egg on the menu means over medium. I expected scrambled or fully cooked. When I took a bite it wasn’t over a plate and the goo spilled everywhere. With that said, the sandwich was very good.

I found this Gem today on my break and was completely blown away. The Ambience is adorable, the quality was beyond exceptional, even the Lavender Scone was literally the best Scone that I've ever eaten. The Staff was Charismatic and Charming and Genuine, as well as they went above and beyond to help me get a drink that I was wanting for my health. I have never been to any place that has provided such an incredible experience before. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I'm seriously impressed. I look forward to going back.

Hands down best coffee, best food and amazing service. So glad to have a go to place in PC.
