Shirley's Bakery & Cafe

We went here for a birthday party for my mom's old coworker. We reserved a room to sit in, and the room was filled with boxes because they were using it for storage. But they refused to refund the deposit on it. Eventually it was cleared out. The service was fine. They seemed pretty overwhelmed so food was slow to get out. We ordered some hot chocolates, and they were extremely hot. Had to wait almost 15 mins before we could even drink it. The food was the best part though. Very tasty and well prepared.

The food was good, but I got a pumpkin chocolate chip bread and it was so disappointed to see or 'not see' any chocolate chips in the bread, so sad because Shirley's is a great bakery, but now It's becoming like the expensive version of Kneaders.

The customer service sucked today. I usually only get cinnamon rolls ( I love them) but decided to try lunch. It took forever! And the girl working the drive through was rude. She didn't smile or answer my question when I asked her if my food was ready. She just annoyingly looked at me and closed the window. I tried to be patient but 20 + mins waiting for 3 sandwiches is ridiculous. Definitely don't think it was worth it. Service need improvement.

Pretty good place. Good Rolls, and cinnamon Rolls, I do like the veggie pesto sandwich, I wish they had a daily vegetarian soup option and a vegetarian salad option. They're service is a bit slow. I would say overall they are ok, but plenty of places compare.

I have been a Shirley's customer for over 12 years now and I am a little upset...I now work up in Salt Lake during the day and tried to pay for my order over the phone so I could pick it up on my way home because by the time I get there, everything is sold out. They WOULD NOT make any exceptions. I have had other issues as well. As much as I love the sweet rolls and other baked goods, I am afraid I will have to find another place. I can't believe these guys are willing to let a loyal customer go over something like this....it is a sad day :(

The mini cinnamon rolls are fantastic! I get them now for family or neighbor events. You get 20 in one order, and can choose from raspberry, lemon, orange, blueberry, cinnamon. Maybe more? Very delicious, always a crowd pleaser.

Ummmm best cinnamon rolls ever! Seriously!
Warning: will ruin cinnamon rolls for you. Every other cinnamon roll will taste like dry garbage and you will find yourself driving an hour and a half round trip just for these.

Amazing rolls. The best tolls. But the customer service here has become McDonald’s level. It’s terrible. Also, I’ve been giving into paying $15 for a set of rolls, but when you start charging me 75 cents for a box to put them in… I stop giving you my business

I just went here for lunch with my husband. I was sad when it was over and can't wait to return. The food was unbelievable.
My husband ordered the chipotle chicken panini with chili. The sandwich was made on amazing bread with tasty fillings. The chili was the right spice level.
I ordered the turkey stuffing cranberry sandwich with corn chowder soup. It was the perfect comfort food. The meat was tasty, and the stuffing was delicious. The soup with a roll was my favorite part. Every bite made me say "mmmm".
Everything is made from scatch, and it shows.
The venue is beautiful with a mixture of dark and light wood cabinets, chalkboard signs, and brick. It is tastefully decorated with a homey feeling. Can't wait to return!
