Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Every time I visit this store, I swear I won’t go back. Then a year goes by and I convince myself that it has to be better by now... nope. We called in an order and Emma said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, after the kid behind the counter looked for my order in the most likely spots (ya know, in cabinets and by the some random boxes), they started to make my order. An hour from time I ordered, we walked out with our food. You think that’s it? Of course not. As expected, things were left out of our order. This is our typical experience at the Lehi, Kneaders. It’s a shame because I like the food. The one thing I can count is the service being bad.

This Kneaders, as all Kneaders do, produces scrumptious and delectable breakfast options. Now, of course you could also choose to partake of their mouthwatering soups, salads, and sandwiches. Often times I get either the French Toast dish, or if I'm not in the breakfast mood, I go for the fantastic Bread bowl with a choice of soup. I have yet to get any soup there that I didn't like, even soups that I otherwise am not too fond of.

This location was incredible! They were extremely busy but made sure that our order was arrived in a timely manner and tasted delicious! The turkey bacon avocado sandwich is amazing!! Also the small lemon meringue tart pie was to die for!!! We can’t wait to go back!

Kneader's is such a good place to get a lot of different kinds of baked goodies. The French Toast breakfast is always amazing, and you'll always be pleasantly surprised with anything new you try from the menu. I recommend their breakfast sandwiches. This place is clean, attracts a trendy crowd, and the workers like working there. Their selection of breads is awesome, try a free piece when you order.

We were lucky and came when no one was there. We were able to order and received our food within a few minutes. However, they did forget one of our entrees, but knew right when I walked up to ask for it and had it ready within a minute. The food was good, the sandwich and chips were maybe a little soggy, but that could be because we took them home to eat. Overall, the service and food were satisfactory.

This review is related to a combo meal. I got the #3 combo sandwich with a pastry and a regular drink. I ordered a slice of cheesecake(which is an additional dollar added to the combo price. The additional $ is because the cheesecake is more than the regular pastries, which is fine I will gladly pay the difference). My problem is that the two times I've ordered this combo they've cut the cheesecake slice in half. Why am I paying extra??? The first time I thought it was a fluke or mistake but now its happened again I felt like it was intentional and had to leave a review to warn others. I did ask an employee about it and he did give me a REAL slice, which is why I gave two stars because I can't give 2 1/2. Beware of the combo #3 meal. Make sure you get all of what your paying for. As for the food I give 4 STARS! I have enjoyed my lunch/dinner food orders from Kneaders.

Kneaders has great quality food. It is a little pricey compared to typical fast food fare, but the quality is worth it. Great sandwiches and even better cinnamon french toast. This particular store is well managed and fairly fast and getting the food out of the kitchen.

I ordered online, texting feature dosen't work and drive thru is a joke! I went in to grab my order inside. Only one employee was wearing a mask... I know it's Utah County and ya'll pride yourself on no masking. But the person who handled me my order coughed right into her gloved hand!!! So it's okay to hand me my food with dirty gloved hands? Even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, that is disgusting! That's just plane food handlers guidelines 101! I don't think that I will be visiting this location again.
