Wild Thyme Cafe

This is a gem of a place!! We ordered 5 dishes and all of them were excellent!! If You are traveling through Kanab this is a must stop for food. And order the ribs I don’t know that I’ve ever had ribs quite this delicious. The pistachio chicken was perfectly prepared as were the tacos and the bowl. We also tried the cheesecake and molten lava chocolate cake. They were both amazing.
The cocktails were great too!
The service? -Friendly and fun!! I loved it all!!

I got the vegetarian dish. It had different tastes. Spicy, sour and sweet.

I loved the green mix.
The tofu had a sesame cover. You had to add some salt and pepper to the tofu! But it is tofu u know!!
My friend got that pastrami thing. He was it was great.

It is a little expensive for out road trip but it is ok overall. And delicious
The vegetarian was 17 and the meant thingy was 20.

Delicious food and great service. Their base sauce is just different and made from scratch. Loved it. Their menu looks like a Tikki bar. You can get Asian, Italian and American cuisine on the same plate and it's in a delicious way.

This restaurant was a recommendation from our Airbnb host. When you walk in the door you see a sign that says “restaurant not bar” and I loved that they wanted to be clear about this. Moment we sat down got offered water, and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Staff was pleasant. Get the salted caramel cheesecake.

Drove to meet family for early dinner. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Molten our server was outstanding. Ordered the Ribeye and oh my! We could have split between at least two people but thankful for the yummy leftovers that have fed us since. Great value for the quantity and quality of food and the sit down experience in the relaxing environment was a bonus on top.

Definitely taking my husband when he is in town as they have a nice vegetarian / vegan selection.

Beware! Online checkin doesn’t actually display an accurate wait time. We were quoted 10-15 min but upon entering the restaurant we we told that our wait time was actually 30 min. We ended up waiting about 60 min. Our waiter Luke chose to cater to another table whilst ignoring his other 4 tables. On the positive side we really enjoyed the Tropical Piggy and Salmon. Would have loved to try the Lava Cake but at that point were so annoyed by the lack of service that we just paid up and departed.

Happy to find such great quality food in this small town! Actually, everywhere we ate here was lovely. The tomato soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. Great service. The bowls on the menu were delightful and the molten lava cake was simply divine. Only adventure kept me from returning again and again as I wanted to try some other places in town to review as well.

You can tell when a restaurant puts alot of care into the food they serve, and it shows at Wild Thyme. We got the Shrimp Tacos & the Black Bean sliders. I was led here because their site said they offered an array of vegetarian and vegan options, which tend to be hard to find while traveling. We were blown away by everybite, and are very glad we chose this place over a cheap, greasy substitute. The options we selected felt filling and guiltless. The wait staff was also very friendly and attentive.

Best food! Yum! I had pistachio crusted chicken with a sweet pepper relish. It came with smashed potatoes and a creamy pompano sauce and just the right amount of spices. My husband had the burger topped with pastrami. It was one of the best burgers he has had. And he loved the smashed potatoes. Small batch food using organic vegetables. I absolutely loved it ❤ Compliments to the chef!

Amazing food and very kind staff. After four days of seeing red rocks the colorful cocktails with flower decorations were a joy. Definitely a must visit place if you’re in the area.
